It just shows that social media has socially retarded celebrities. If you read Derek Sanderson or Phil Esposito's books those guys went to bars and had no trouble getting laid. For del Zotto to have to ask third parties to hook him up shows he is a social retard. I mean even if you play for the Flyers, man the fuck up and arrange your own dates. WTF.

I agree and have read the books you mentionned. I can't wait for Ron Duguay to write his own book! lol

Pro athletes rarely have problems getting laid. Especially if they play in a market where their sport is popular. A 4th liner with the habs is treated like a celebrity and likely has girls lined up for his affections after each local games if he so desires. A few years ago i went out drinking with a buddy of mine who played for one of the more popular US-based teams. He wasn't exactly what i'd call a great looking guy, but the babes kept circling our table all night long and drinks would be sent his way throughout the evening...paid for by the ladies, of course. Gorgeous women who had never given me the time o' day before suddenly became very friendly and asked if they could sit next to me at our table. I wonder why! lol

However, when his career ended afterwards, it seemed that everytime we'd go out, the women no longer gave a damn about him. Again, i wonder why? lol

del Zotto has been having problems holding down an NHL job after an initial good start with the Rangers. He has been let go by several teams already. He has a reputation of being very hard to coach, which is why the Rangers and Preds let him go. He was also living with Tyler Seguin this summer and I doubt Seguin was a very good influence on him.

Now a second pornstar has come forward & stated Del Zotto has done the same thing to her.

Pornstar Amber Rayne comes forward with same allegations towards Del Zotto

I bet poor MDZ wishes he fell and hit his head and this is all just a bad dream. He will for sure get some good teasing from his fellow competitors on the ice about this for a long time.

At least he picked 2 hotties tho :)

Tiger at least did his own date arrangements on his phone. Del Zotto is not respected by these women, they obviously think he is a neurotic loser. They told him to stop bothering them, what did he think would happen? They are porn stars and he is the only one who loses in the PR on this.

In other news, the Mighty Ducks sit atop the NHL and the biggest reasons why are Corey Perry and his NHL leading 11 goals and Freddy Andersen, leading the NHL with a 1.60 GAA and .941 save percentage. Stats don't lie fellas, your top goal scorer and top goalie both playing in Anaheim.

He sounds more like a stalker type. One of my new favorite tv series is "Stalker", which stars Dylan McDermott and Maggie Q. They could make a weekly episode based on Michael Del Zotto.

Interesting game tonight between the Blackhawks and the Canadiens. The Blackhawks lost against Toronto on Saturday and aren't used to losing much. The Canadiens have lost their last three and got bombed at home by Calgary on Sunday night. The fans are already getting restless & habs nation is approaching panic mode.

I say this is a must-win for the habs simply to get the monkey off their back. Another loss means that the pressure will be bulding up more and more. Anyone can lose a game at any given time, but the way they lost against Calgary on Sunday night could be concerning.

For whatever reason, coach Therrien has benched promising young forward Mikael Bournival all season long in favor of chronic underachiever Rene Bourque. Lars Eller is also once again off to a very slow start. Will he give in to the fans and dress Bournival tonight?

As far as i see it, Bournival could give the offense a boost. But defence remains the team's achilles heel once again this season. In my opinion it's one of the worse defence units in hockey. There isn't much after PK, Markov & Emelin. PK's in a slump and had zero shots on goal in his last game. Markov is steady, but he's in his 30's. Emelin isn't durable and often seems to get hurt, although many of his current short-term 'injuries' appeared to be greatly embellished after watching the replays. The referees are now aware of this and they hate to be made fools of.

Once again, the team's success depends on Carey Price's play. But there's so much he can do. He can't score goals, and let's be honest: he plays behind a mediocre defence.

In the past, the habs could overcome their goal-scoring droughts by scoring on the powerplay. But teams have become wiser & defend better. For the habs powerplay to work, it's always about PK's big shot from the point. He usually gets set up by Markov's pass. But teams now either block their passing lane or put a guy on Subban at all times.

My pick for tonight's game: Chicago in a close one.

Amazing how much can change in a week's time in the NHL especially at this time of year.

Boston, LA and Chicago were all the experts' picks and none of the 3 are doing particularly well. It's still early but the Ducks, much like their namesakes, are making a lot of noise.

I don't recall the Bruins ever being picked by the experts this season. They lost several very good veterans in Boychuck, Iginla & Thornton during the off-season. And now have lost Chara & Krug to injury. I was told this morning that Chara now may require surgery. Bergeron is off to a slow start, and i'm not sure about their goaltending depth.

But there is some good news: Claude Julien was just rewarded with a 3-year extension. Very well deserved!

I'm not surprised of the Ducks. They were one of the top teams all season last year. Chicago will be among the top teams this season. Not sure about the Kings, though.

haha pretty confident you are :)

Not making excuses but you will probably win that bet but i am hoping for at least a point. The reason is the Leafs will likely be jet lagged from 2 games out west and especially because of the high altitude of being in Denver then flying home for a dreaded home game, they usually do not play well at home on hockey night in canada but maybe they will surprise me and lay a thumping on your NYR
