It's not beginning too well for him. First shift he get an assault penalty and not on Wilson !
Can you guys explain to me how it is that the Habs played Charlie Lindgren only 20 games in 6 years, and he goes over to the Capitals and he is now the starting goalie on a playoff team? How does this happen?
PK Subban said this is playoff hockey and the refs are calling the game way too soft. Let them play!

Battle of Florida! Very hard for me to root against TB because my parents used to live in TB and I watched the games whenever I visited, but Florida is the better team.
If you remember well we already have un certain gardien named CAREY PRICE....and a second named JAKE ALLEN....so Charlie did not have opportunity here....and few games he played was not that great.....not impressive...so good for him to enjoy the moment.
I predicted the blue shirts in 6 but today it looked like it could be a very short showdown!
Most exciting period so far, I didn’t watched all the opening games but that was the best I’ve seen, promising!

Not sure if it will be a long series, I mean, the Jets have one of the best defense in the league and Avs goalie seems very shaky to say the least. The high number of goals against Winnipeg might just be a momentary mishap, we’ll see.

I am now second guessing the Avs. Is their defense championship calibre with Georgiev and his .899 % in goal? The dude was a backup for years with the Rangers, for a reason. I don't think their defense is as good as when they won the Cup with that German goalie a few years back.
This team like the Leafs seems to have a mantra of "we will outscore you." Those mantras historically go down in smoke and flames in the playoffs when they come up against real defensive teams.

It worked got the Oilers in the 80's but it was a different game then.
The Winnipeg Colorado game was entertaining last night, the Dallas Vegas game will be interesting today.
Yep....another full/interesting evening.....will watch also LEAFS and later switch to DALLAS and EDM....enjoy.
