Sens are currently on a 9-game road trip. I don’t recall hearing of such a long road trip. The players must exhausted. I predict another Sens loss tonight for this reason. As for the Habs i predict they’ll resume their current winning streak tonight against the awful Blackhawks.

The driver charged with killing NHL hockey player Johnny Gaudreau and his brother, Matthew, as they cycled on a rural New Jersey road pleaded not guilty to the indictment Tuesday after turning down a prosecution offer of 35 years in prison.
I would still try, perhaps jury would be beneficial. For me 35 or a bit longer would make no difference, ruined for life.
I would say there is a very good chance he loses big and could get more time, based on all I have read about this case. But 35 years is a long time and he will be 79 years old at the end of that sentence having spent half his life in jail. Probably worth rolling the dice, because if he gets more time he will just die in jail which he might do anyway. His chances of winning are slim but he probably should roll the dice that the prosecutor fucks up badly, which can sometimes happen.
That is rare in the USA, most of the time heavy crime sentences are consecutives.
