Hi there all. I just wanted to circle back to this as it's been in the news a few times in the last month and will continue to surface in the news in the next weeks.
He has today pleaded guilty on a lot of the accounts he was brought to court for. At the time being, they are estimating 12 years for his actions. this sentence will be revealed and discussed in the next 60 days. I want to thank again all of the victims who have come forward about this atrocity of a person. To all of you who preferred to be in silence, we want you all to know that your perpetrator is now in jail, if it can give you some relief.
As you can now see in the news, our stories were just the tip of the iceberg of how horrible he actually was. And our tip of the iceberg was already quite horrifying. I'm still speechless regarding all the things i've heard today.
This is a big step for sex workers in court, being heard and respected, not being judged by lawyers, police and such. I really do hope this case serves as an example for future cases, for others that have suffered in silence (some of the actions he committed go back over a decade). I hope this makes our community stronger and heard. that it keeps people who want us harm to stay away.
As a client, you can always chose the ethical path. And you can be ethical at any/ all price ranges. It horrifies me that all of you think that cheaper means less bouandaries/ more sex/ whatever horrible comment... I've started in this industry at 90 freaking dollars per hour years ago, i gave then the same service i give today. Your respect for the individual shouldnt be reflected in the price you pay. it should be reflected in your behavior and respect for the woman and person in front of you at all time.
Also, just circling back to when kiki accused me of giving the police everyones private information ; as spoken with the enqueteure today, they did go through his phones and computers, its normal, they were looking for other victims that would be willing to help and share their story, they werent looking for clients informations. they honnestly arent searching about anything that is done with consent between agreeing adults.
Gangbangs and orgies arent a bad or nasty thing. They are wonderful experiences when shared in a space that is safe and consentual and respectful of your boundaries. The type of activity in this situation shouldnt be pointed fingers at. The fingers should be pointed to the person who abused of peoples trust and put them/us in dangerous situations, didnt respect them in any way and enticed others to abuse of them as well.
To all the comments that said we had no case and that there were too many gray areas, im sorry but fuck you. It took almost 4 years to get this guy to plead guilty. The case was so solid, there was so much undeniable proof of all his offenses. We have the best Procureure in montreal, we had the best enqueteure in montreal. We were heard and people wanted to help us. if over 30 people come together to voice an injustice, then there was severe injustice. we don't make that shit up. you think we just sit down in a park and make up these stories?? Why is it so hard for some of you to just believe us. Why do we have to fight to prove that we are right instead of being supported since the start. Us comming forward saved a 7yo from being perpetually rapped, our voices made the investigation go so deep already that when they ceased everything, thats how they found her. To the fucker that wanted us to open a case and not talk about this in public... What is wrong with you? we are finally getting results now, years later, imagine the damage that would have continued to other women, to that child!!!!! if he hadnt spoken up as loud as we did. pardon my french but you are quite Le fucked up.
It's hard to stay poise when you spend days in court, having recited endlessly all the attrocities that hes done to people you care for and to a fucking young girl. I will not post links that relate to this man or the situation here as they are quite triggering, i dont want to impose the sight of that news on anyone. you are welcome to search for it yourself if you feel strong enough to read those things.
To Providers out there, the team i worked with is dedicated to making things right for us. Our rights are human rights. We have never felt any stigma, judgement from the team. If you need to information about safe people to reach out to, please contact me, i will not question anything, i will simply give you the information. Sending lots of love out there. Lots of love to all victims that came forward and to the ones who chose silence. Lots of love to everyone who has supported us in this journey, to the clients that believe us.
