As a Canadian i appreciate your apologies and i also want to apologize for the rude behaviour of some Canadian hockey fans booing the US national anthem and some of the players of the US team at the 4 nations hockey cup.

There is nothing to apologize for this. The canadians felt that it was the perfect event to manifest their dissatisfaction towards the Trump administration and they’ve been heard loud and clear( over 7 millions people watched these games) Any americans with a little common sense understand this perfectly and a lot of them admitted that they would probably have done the same.

Hey Captain. This is another point of view; I understand where you’re coming from with your comment and i can’t say i fully disagree. Booing a performance, booing a leafs player game is in montreal, is a bit typical and fair. I understand the crowd took an easy way to reflect their disagreement with Trumps’s policies and those who support them. My personal view is merely that it was not the time or place but i understsnd it was a manifestation of people’s dissatisfaction and should only be perceived as such especially by those oposing Trump.

Before this thread becomes a dumpster fire, this Canadian would like to apologize for all the anti-Trump anger misdirected towards Americans in general. Truth is, looking around, we still have waaaay more in common than pretty much everyone else.
