I remember i replied when it comes to PSE or GFE it depend on the mood i am in, and the girl i book with. Booking a pornstar i will expect a PSE encounter, if i book a GFE that have a reputation for cuddling and tenderness, i will expect more of this.
As for services, CIM or COF is definately a big big plus(and a girl can be totally GFE and still offer CIM), its pretty rare i book girls that don't offer it.
