Lol... I would prefer to educate in it's entirety as female anatomy seems to be beyond the understanding of some people. It's amazing how much misunderstanding there is in the female body.

Just count yourself lucky, as it isn't the app your useing, and likely means that your contacting girls who aren't busy enough to be able to require screening, and different girls have different forms of screening. Not everyone asks for personal details. My screening personally involves trying to feel out someones personality in how they talk with me threw text. Rub me the wrong way, and a visit won't happen. I have a job as well as do this to bridge some of that gap.
Either telling people who contact me I am unavailable or if they insist, tell them i am on my womanly time of month. And will have non-sexual visits in that time. (Yes some people pay for company, not just sexual visits)

It happens, and have had some be understanding, and some freak out. If the guy is rough, or too big it can happen as well, the rest of the day is canceled, and oh well, that is life.

Actually yes. and the one I met on the job was so sweet... not sure about more tender.. but we got along amazingly.. and I was fortunate he was good with reading lips. It was quite a lovely expierience.
