I usually book 60 minutes. But I am tempted to try a longer session. In a 2 or 3 hour session? Is it usually a set marathon or more like Netflix and chill? In the sense that how many shots can one get? Are spas comfortable with sex for 2 hours straight or with a short break?

Hello SPs, im wondering about how you’d react when you meet with a client and they have some red marks in their pubic hair. I ask since not long ago I trimmed my pubic hair and as a result ended up with two ingrown hairs. They’re all but recovered however I’m concerned that if I book an appointment and show up I may get turned away since an SP might think they’re an indication of an STD.
I’ve been doing this long enough to know the difference between a rash due to shaving or something looking a little more suspicious
Worst that can happen is that if I have serious doubts, I won’t go down on the person

Depends what stage of the healing process, and how bad it looks. I don't come in contact with ingrown hairs enough, to distinguish if it is an STI or not. I tend to side on caution. (My shave schedule is set up purposely to avoid ingrown hairs, so it is rare I expierience them.)
Now that I think of it, I did see someone who had an ingrown hair situation. He let me know in advance so I wasn't alarmed, and we covered it with a bandaid to avoid friction irritating his wound. And I just realized it also protected him from my juices by creating that bandaid barrier as well.
I would think an ingrown hair has it's own look compared to STIs, I just haven't been exposed to questionable wounds thankfully.
Ya, there’s no open wounds or anything just a reddish area where the ingrown hairs were. One of them took a while to heal, and is taking a while to completely resolve. Very frustrating. I’ve been to the doctor twice and they pretty much laughed at me, like what are you worried about. It’s just unsightly. The bandage solution seems like a reasonable idea. Thanks for the tip.
Interesting, I was wondering what would happen if I got turned away. Forfeiting 10% seems reasonable. If I had to pay the whole amount that would be a real bummer.
It’s not the first time I’ve had an ingrown hair down there, I guess I have sensitive skin. I have tried not to shave it entirely and just trim using scissors and/or a beard trimmer and still ended up with it sometimes. Maybe I need to embrace gorilla hair and be done with it. I’m really just trying to make it more comfortable for my partners.
It doesn't need to be down to the skin to be more comfortable. Just trimming it so it is short enough not to become dental floss while I'm there is something appreciated. At least for me.
A haircut instead of shave is enough to show there was care put in. Though it isn't really something I focus on beyond noticing the effort, then on to reward their efforts. Same thing without needing to stop, to pick loose hairs out of my mouth.
It's external skin healing. I would just use polysporin to help the healing process. Even if it isn't necessary. Even that is likely overkill at this point, but if it is taking a while to resolve. The ointment would at least be beneficial.

I'm hairy but trim down a 'zone-of-exclusion' down there for our mutual enjoyment so I get these too and have thought about it but have never been refused.
My partner has been arrested multiple times for DV. Most recently she flew in a rage, stood up and spit food repeatedly on me and the baby that was in my arms at the time. Yes I know it's toxic and untenable but it is what it is for now at least.
