Well Who ever is in Montreal on October 22 we should get together at the HDM and have a drink. Anyone Interested please just indicate it on the board. I know at least 7 to 8 guys that will be in town that weekend so I am hoping to meet you all.
I guess a couple of hours having drinks and laughs is not this crowd's idea of fun (yes, I know what this board is all about...

Well I'll show up to give Techie some company, the dude owes me a few drinks. Looks like the current crop of members don't go for shake your bum bum with Eva and Yza. Maybe the OLD crowd that used to really know a thing or two should show these noobs how it's REALLY done!!
So, open challenge to some blasts from the past that I know still glance at this board on occasion: Regular Guy, Oliver, Roland, Wide Open, and crew: would be nice to see all of you once more...see ya saturday...

I was really looking forward to seeing a blond Eva but no, she had to change back. Damn. Oh well, considering my weakness for blonds maybe that's a good thing! Shijack, I saw your post about the GT tomorrow and was curious what you were making reference to about the new guys. I am a long time lurker and was thinking of stopping by but as a new guy, not sure what to expect. Is there a certain etiquette to follow? I just don't want to piss anyone off , just looking for a couple of drinks with fellow merbites

If there's 'new guys' then there must be 'old guys' ...Those would be the old fossils like myself and those who have nothing better to do than to fill up the ever-so-important sports threads
As for the GT, there's no initiation rites or etiquette to follow apart from greasing my palm with a big fat greenback...or you could just show up, order a drink or 5 and have a good time chatting...It's a very laidback type of evening
