if a pornstar decided to shoot a hardcore porno, how are they able to handle the emotional damage?

more often than not, they need to suck 15 dicks, lick 15 assholes, swallow 15 loads...sometimes being stomped on.

It's a tough life for sure.

how much are they getting paid to endure such acts? after they earn the money, they probably would spend the money on drugs or wines to deal with the emotional damage, it's a vicious cycle.

It depends on the act but I think we can assume that most professional shoots are done in a same environment. In my opinion, if one is able to have a good mental barrier between work and life, it shouldn't affect them that much.

It's a tough life for sure.
What makes you say that? Remember, most of the porn we see was produced in a safe environment and the actress has consented to it. That's why we see some actresses never getting creampies or not rimming. This still get to decide which activities they wish to partake in.

I think pornstars have it way better than SPs if we are comparing sex work.

In terms of professions not related to sex, I think surgeon/emergency medical staff have much harder.

I think it's important to approach this topic with delicate and respect for the individuals involved In our platform or anywhere in the world.I believe it is crucial to express your inquiries with more respect manners, as ultimately, pornstars are not fundamentally different from you and me. They simply chose a different life path.

While it's true that the adult film industry can involve challenging and physically demanding scenes, it is crucial to remember that not all performers have the same experiences or coping mechanisms. Some may develop strategies to handle emotional challenges, while others may prioritize self-care and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Regarding salary, the pay can vary greatly depending on the performer's popularity, experience, and the specific production. Rates can range from hundreds to thousands of dollars per scene. I would also like to point out that the main salary are in the service providers industry, many of them have the potential to earn a higher salary as compared to their porn star income.

It's not accurate to assume that all performers spend their earnings on drugs or alcohol to cope with emotional damage. Many individuals in the industry are professionals who manage their careers responsibly.

Pornstars are paid way less than they used to and need to perform way more extreme acts than they used to. Those who perform acts such as DAP, TAP or get anal gangbanged by guys with 10 inches dicks take very specific drugs on set to loosen up and block the pain in order to be able to perform (think drugs given to women who are in labor and giving birth). I don't think it's particularly healthy to be a pornstar nowadays...

A lot of very popular porn actors have stopped working for big productions because it is not safe. They prefer managing their own things on OF. A few women said they were assaulted on camera and the prod kept the scenes and published them.

It’s sad because I can see how a “no”, a “stop” and tears could be ignored in a more hardcore scene.

Some male performers are also in it just to f*** as many women as they can and don’t really care about being nice.

There’s a famous actor who’s been accused by 2-3 actresses of not respecting boundaries/assault.

That also depends on many factors. There are SPs sucking dicks in cars paid by the 15 minutes. And there are SPs that get flown all over the world to spend days/weeks with rich guys. Of course the same applies to pornstars, there are a lot of potential variations of what it means to be a pornstar. So comparing the 2 broadly is not really possible.

That’s very true, as a newcomer in porn you might have to do more degrading scenes. Amy Andersen for instance used to do a lot of golden sho… scenes when she started and now you wouldn’t catch her do that.

If you’ve watched Hot Girls Wanted on Netflix you would know that sometimes porn agencies just push you to accept things and put you in uncomfortable situations.

In both escort and porn worlds, the more years you have in, the easier it is for you to say no.

I am not saying they’re all on drugs but for having done DP in one hole 3 times, I simply cannot understand how someone would do it so often and for extended scenes.

There’s definitely a sinister side to the scenes available for free on the internet.

It is hard, but isn't something that they go threw every day. And often it is her who desides that she is willing to be in that kind of porn. Porn stars i am refering to. Not the beginer. Beginners can often be put in scenarios they aren't comfortable in.

Not to mention there is a lot you don't see on camera, like preperations and the fact that what you see isn't always the cronological order things hapen in.There is a lot that happens in editing. A clip that is 60 minutes long might have been an entire 3 hours with breaks and readjusting, likely toys to help stretch her to accommodate, the lube being applied (you can't do anal dry and can't just be entered like in front. It needs to be cared and prepared in advance)

These activities aren't awful, they can be very pleasurable to those who enjoy these expieriences. It is difficult to put on a show, but i would think she isn't hating the expierience all the time. She wouldn't do it if she didn't on some level enjoy it.

Some of these girls are able to seperate their job from their life as well, and when your talking pornstar, they can have bf's, and husbands at home who help them with the aftercare.

**And these days the production theater is on it's way out, with girls opting to stick to onlyfans, porntube, and other self promoting sex vid sites, and be the ones to make the commisions and infused payments instead of getting a 1 time payment for the demands on their time just to get exposure, for someone else to get rich from their image.**

I stand corrected.

See, that's what happens when you shoot shit without fact checking first.

I would not be surprised these kind of scenes would reflects to some client over expectations…
From my POV, I really don’t like to see stuff too hardcore…
Then again, it’s just my pov and I won’t judge those who likes it.

Off topic, but the readily available and easy access to porn these days has definitely warped the perception and expectations of sex. And the type of porn has really gone off the rails, but where there is an audience for such things, and money to be made, it will be produced and exploited. Not judging those who seek these types of services, but you can see it permeated in what clients are looking for in their sessions, such as CIF, DT, hair pulling, etc. Acts that are not common in normal sex between lovers.

It has blurred the lines for what people request or think is appropriate as treatment during sexual activities, without asking if it is alright or not. Many see what they do in porn and seem to expect that this is acceptable as treatment to just incorporate into every time they are with a woman, attempting to do it without even asking if it is alright. Removing the boundary between gfe, and pse. Or not understanding there is a difference between the two.

It's always fascinating to me that people who can't get greek or degrading acts on the "menu" say that it's not a true GFE. This alone to me is a prime example of how porn screw up everything. I'm pretty sure a majority of women don't want anything up their ass with their boyfriend or husband in their personal lives, and certainly don't want to be degraded. And I think there is something wrong with a man that wants to degrade a woman even in a controlled environment with conscent.

In my opinion greek is unnatural too as the asshole was meant to expel digested food by nature, not for sex. I guess internet and the easy availability of that type of content is enough to warp minds.

PSE not GFE.

I’ve been told a few times that my PSE wasn’t true PSE because it doesn’t include Greek. Sorry but many men can barely stick it in a kitty with care, I’m not about to let them ruin my butt forever.

GFE vs Full GFE vs GFE++ vs PSE, etc

Thing is those acronyms evolve over time and agencies/providers give it different meanings:

For me, nowadays, in terms of service:

- Safe GFE = everything protected, no DFK
- GFE = BBBJ, DATY, LFK
- Full GFE = BBBJ, DATY, DFK
- (Full) GFE++ = CIM(WS) extra
- PSE = Everything above + COF and/or greek extra

Potential 1st time clients must do their homework to have the right expectations.

My 2 cents...

I've seen where the girl also offers PSE but CBJ.
It is why whenever anyone asks me if I provide full service, I make them explain to me what their idea of full is because everyone is different. GFE in any sence doesn't always guarantee BBBJ, but might include COF as for greek it doesn't mean PSE either.
PSE is an atmosphere, an expierience provided, as is GFE. The details in either is always something that needs to be discussed in detail. Protection doesn't dictate whether it is GFE or PSE.

And have been asked full GFE when the guy was asking for greek too. Not wanting to understand that it counts as a kink and is not a GFE, and isn't available even under those terms.

Basically many are hopeing for the ability to do everything and anything and wants to avoid paying for it so they minimize it and have been told how it wasn't fair to charge more for these kind of things. Porn twists the expectations some of these men have

I remember in Rocco film documentary, the guy who provided women told that girls needed few days of break after shooting a scene…

Anyway, I always ask lady if everything is ok during action. Last thing I want is to hurt…
One did put a timer once because she told me she would have difficulty to walk afterward if it’s lasting too long.

Anal sex is very exceptional for my concern and I’m not necessarily looking for it. But it’s nice to sometimes spice up the menu.

When I’m in, I feel more like I am in a porn scene than anything else. It reminds me that I like it more with the front door.

You know, at the same time, I agree with everything you say :) but in terms of services only, I think my scale is a good starting point... then you add or subtract services depending on providers and clients.

Most my posts might make one think that I look mostly for services, but i actually look for a great atmosphere first, a connection... services then come naturally and that's where I get my fun and why I tend to repeat

it depends on what is on her mind and how to deal with it.. we always see two different experiences. for example, Mia Khalifa has been open and honest about her negative experience in porn, saying the few films she made “will haunt her forever.”And while she’s left that phase of her life behind her, she often reflects on the circumstances in her life which led her there and what she went through while she was part of the adult film industry. During a recent interview on Stephen Barlett’s “Diary of a CEO” podcast, Mia Khalifa said she was “used like a toy” during that time in.
and in another story we see porn stars that that they took the decision to de that, they find pleasure to do it and its positive for they’re mood.
