I was just wondering what your thoughts were on which agencies give the best (and worst) customer service in terms of the initial phone call, the set-up, the special requests, even the check-up call to see if things went well!
Telephone agents who were respectful and patient.
Over the years, i've dealt with some real gems on the phone, men and women who really took the time to not only help u find that perfect match, but make sure u were satisfied. Agencies that I would call back in a heart-beat (and repeat with their girls) just because I knew the telephone agent's word was gold.
I've equally dealt with my share of assholes who thought they were God's gift to our ever-thriving scene, speaking in an authoritative tone, as if it is a privilege for us to be speaking with THEM !?!?!?, or others who were confrontational or negatively sarcastic in their approach and who think that if u ask 1 or 2 more questions than the next guy, then there must be something wrong with you and u must be fooling with them or trying to waste their time........then they get into attack mode. Unfortunately for them, they never got my business. Unfortunately for me, i missed out on their girls LOL
In terms of excellent service, I would have to say:
1) MARTIN at Asservissante is absolutely amazing...very very respectful and never even gives a hint of uncertainty with respect to any question u may ask. Not judgmental either. Always business though!
2) BILLY at Candy Shop has always been amazing also. This dude is fun and talks straight up and gives u the scoop. Love this guy!
3) JOHN at Eleganza is straight to the point. I trust him 100%. He's not a conversationalist, but he's not disrespectful in any way either. Don't expect him to crack u a joke. He's all business and no emotion. But he answers all questions.
4) the lady from Montreal Sex City. I dealt with them once, and I loved her. Her name is JESSY.
These are my top 4.
