If you aren't looking for the best system 2 choices: microbytes, or a store similar! They have very cheap PCs that aren't half bad!
Second choice, Futureshop and negociate the shit out of the guy! Espacially end of the month, all they want is sell sell sell and get rid of their inventory!

second, if you get some random schmuck to do it, two things: 1) you're more than likely to get pirated software 2) you'd be lucky to get any support at all.
