Billy, Devilishescorts : Major improvement, no more « I don’t give a shit mentality”!

I would never believe to write this about Billy…but sometimes miracle happens!

Following a series of very bad encounters (duo with Joelle&Charlotte, duo with Riley& Kassandra…roughly it cost me 1000$) I decided to call Billy and tell this guy about my state of mind about the service quality provided.
How amazing it was, Billy paid me attention and was very open to my comments (first improvement! Open to listen). Then he told me that he’s not in a position to make any decision but he will report to “CHRIS the devil himself”(second improvement! Manage expectation properly). 2 days later , Billy sent me a message to keep me posted about his discussion with mister BOSS (Third improvement! Follow up and prompt responsiveness). Conclusion was: we apologize for the bad experiences you had, we do admit we are responsible and those encounters were not even close to our standards. In order to compensate the money spent you have 2 free calls with the girls of your choice. Believe it or not, I was quite in shock ! I first thought it was one of these devil’s jokes!

I wont go in further details but I actually had the pleasure to enjoy my 2 calls.

Billy has really improved his customer service skills and this guy is a man of his word (god damn rare these days!). Billy, Keep up the good job.

Give this guy a round of applause!!!!!!!! I hope other agencies will improve their customer service to that level. It's time to have some kind of a healthy competition.

If you've already spent $1000 with this outfit, consider asking them if they would not mind taking in a partner. I mean, you've already made a sizeable deposit.

Unless you've seen one of the ladies before...or both ladies seperately then you really shouldn't complain if the duo didnt go as planned. Meeting a complete stranger for the first time and getting great service is one thing...meeting two complete strangers and trying to get a great gfe service is a bigger crapshoot. You shouldn't blame the agency for any lack of service, its not their job to hold your hand. Do your own legwork so to speak...get to know one girl before jumping into bed with two.

I've seen this countless times in Germany...two girls walk up and say we like to do duo's...and the guy will grab both and sit down on the couch and chat them up to see if they are worth trying. You can't do that in Montreal, but at least you could have test driven one of the ladies first.

Go ahead, it seems like the thing to do. Have an encounter, finish said encounter, say you weren't happy, go on Merb, bitch about the receptionist and the service and "Voila," free hours to your hearts content.

Sometimes I wonder, when people have so many bad encounters, when is it time to look in the mirror? This isn't directed at any one person in particular by any means, there's many board terrorists out there.

By the way, maybe i'll become a board terrorist. It seems like it's working pretty good with some agencies. I mean, even if the encounters are good, i'll come here & pretend they were terrible & tell people i feel i got ripped off. It seems to work, right?

While I wholeheartedly agree that it is immoral to elicit free appointments by publicly whining, I think that it is incredibly important that the community be made aware of injustices. After all, sharing experiences in the hobby is the "raison d`être", as the Frenchies say, of Merb isn`t it?

I have been offered freebies by 3 agencies on 3 occasions. Once for a "double no show" on the same night, the other for the lady leaving 25 minutes into an appointment (yes I got a SOG before she left), and the other I do not want to talk about. Two I graciously (and deservingly) accepted; the other agency I have never spoken to again, nor will I. I would have written about said appointments on the "forums" whether or not I was offered a free hour or not.

Personally when I come on the forums to lodge my complaints it`s because I`m pissed off, not because I`m looking for a freebie. Aforementioned freebies were offered before posting on the boards and nothing was mentioned about Merb/Merc/etc./etc. when complaining to the agencies. And when I do voice my concerns, I try to do so with anonymity providing no more details about an incident than need be.

Everyone on these boards always say that receiving a "freebie" is never warranted. Well folks, they`re not "freebies" if they`re compensating for lost time or poor service!

You have a good point. Maybe they should do like a popular pizza joint used to do & offer the product 'free of charge' if they can't deliver it within a reasonable amount of time.

In no way shape or form was i looking for anything for nothing but i also was not going to say to no the free hrs, nor would i ever try to blackmail him, the truth was i wasn't even upset.

I would have done the same thing. Most people would. But that's not being a board terrorist, using the boards as a weapon to extract favors out of an agency. That kind of stuff can be done in private, like it was done in your situation. But some people come here & whine about their misfortune non-stop, trying to get the agency's attention & finally get them to agree to offer them discounts or freebies in order to shut them up. That's a board terrorist for you.

Forget free of charge because it is more than 30 minutes late. That will never happen.
However, we could just simply do cancellation of an appointment if a SP is late 20 minutes or longer even if we are told the driver is only 5 minutes away
