I think you are. Outcalls are legal in Canada. Cops don't normally bother with agencies unless there are other problems ( eg. Drugs, illegal immigrants working for the agency, minors etc). If the Yellow Pages and
other newspapers can accept ads from agencies why not Radio ?

well, I heard it from a good (very good) source that incall/outcall agencies are illegal.
Only thing that is legal is independents and even that they have to be careful in terms of what they say and stuff.

what is illegal about them? you are paying for companionship and anything that happens after that is between 2 consenting adults(having sex is not illegal).

Cops have a tendency to pull over vehicles in which there are pretty girls particularly late at night. No surprises here. The bottom line is outcalls are safe in Canada. In Toronto these days cops seem more interested in clients who commit violent acts against sex traders workes. Which is the way it should be IMO.

I have a friend that been driver for an agency last year and he got ticket because they consider they are offering transportation without permit (like taxi, limo, etc..)

Well then, in that case they (the cops) are just doing their job..though perhaps they could be using that time to attend to crimes of higher priority instead of spending their time enforcing minor by-law violations.

Yeah exactly, they didnt accept his excuse that he went pick up a friend and then they were going out...

But to come back on the main topic of the thread I like to see agency make some 'innovation' liek that... recently we saw live video chat at xtase I'm curious to see whats comming next.
