chance of getting herpes from someone not in outbreak

I know I am supposed to talk to a doctor! I haven't gotten anything from the hobby or non-hobby. Sometimes I have this worry in the back of my mind. What are the chances of getting herpes from someone who is infected but not in breakout? Thanks!

Are you talking about genitalia herpes? How would you know she is not in an early outbreak? Condom is your best friend to protect your dick. Not obvious to protect your mouth.
