The winters seem to be less severe these days as compared to when I was younger. Much less snow and the cold weather starts later and ends sooner. The summers seem much less hotter, with less scorching hot days. Or, is it my imagination?

Pretty sure the summer part is your imagination. Do you have air conditioning? In any case, some of the recent summers have been the hottest on record.

Speaking as someone who does a lot of running in the summer, it's become harder and harder to get the runs in before the scorching heat/humidity sets in for the day.

I thought that with the pandemic, climate change would be on the decline.

But no, at least not in Quebec, because already 2 heat waves, including the one that ends today which will have 7 days, a first for us in June.

This week, northern Siberia hit a major record of 38 degrees celsius (100.4 F).

With more and more of the permafrost melting and freeing all that methane gas in the atmosphere, this is very bad and nothing can revert it at this point.

Look behind you.
I am old and remember Halloween in the 60's when were out in costumes with zero fear of snow or cold, in the recent past we have had snow and cold.

An article the mainstream media will not post

Climate change has occured since the dawn of Earth. It went from warm tropical to the ice age. We had several ice age events. Hard to predict the weather. Methane is very dangerous as it traps thirty times more heat then carbon dioxide.

Funny how the existential threat to our global civilization was to be Global Warming, which then morphed into Climate Change because of such cold winters everywhere - darn that Mother Nature ... and "warming" wasn't doing what all the fear mongers had said ... now it is the COVID stuff and lest we forget the drum beat of BLM ... with all this, who has time to dig up Climate Change as a scare tactic ... but they will .. when the other two have no platform from which to subjugate the ignorant masses.

When U.S. government scientists released their latest volume of the National Climate Assessment, it revealed much about the robust, sobering scientific consensus on climate change. It also revealed the striking disconnect between President Donald Trump and essentially every authoritative institution on the threat of global warming. The president rejected the assessment's central findings.

No mr. Trump there is no climate change.

In Quebec already 5 heat waves
Today in UK = 41 degrees celcius
In France = 39 degrees celcius
In Italy = 41 degrees celcius
And more countries in Europe

Around the corner
It is a conspiracy by all the AC companies world wide.
No, Trump has no shares in any of them before any rumours are started.

Montreal has just experienced its 2nd hottest July in 150 years.

14 days of 30 degrees and more, without adding humidity.

What do you think of climate skeptics?

Ah yes, it's a conspiracy!!
