I hope it is not Trump also, but it could even be worse they could re-elect the current bumbling senile old idiot who managed to :

have more people die under his watch than the previous administration even with three highly effective approved vaccines.
Proved to be a limp dick when it came to foreign policy, just look at the Afghan exit fiasco which made him a laughing stock.
In just over a year he managed to plunge the US into a looming recession where people can’t afford to feed their family or fill up their car.
The Mexican border is a shambles, oh yes there is a war on in the Ukraine where again he will not stand up to Putin but allows thousands of Ukrainians to get slaughtered instead, sure they are not part of NATO so that makes it ok, right.
What is left ? yes let’s hold a witch hunt on a bunch of lunatics that attacked the Capitol almost year and a half ago that should deflect from their responsibilities/incompetence and the people won’t notice that they are a bunch of fuck ups.
The parasites at CNN and the rest of the leftist media are more than happy to oblige.

Former President Donald Trump lobbed heavy criticism towards the House select committee investigating the January 6 riots during a lengthy speech at the Faith & Freedom conference in Nashville.
CNN’s Erin Burnett analyzes Trump’s remarks with former federal prosecutor Elie Honig, former Utah Congresswoman Mia Love and CNN politics reporter Chris Cillizza.

Trump said that Pence "lacked the courage to act".

This is quite telling. This is the way someone acts when they did something wrong and everyone knows it.

The House select committee investigating the January 6 attack on the Capitol presented evidence on Thursday that Donald Trump was told his last-gasp attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 election was unlawful but forged ahead anyway.

How to avoid a catastrophe, support the violent people who want to set fire to cities and cause violence if they dont get their demands?

Raise funds to bail said people out of jail, have judges not prosecute these people who have commited criminal activities?

Lie to the people that you care about the american population?

Interesting development. Colbert show staffers arrested for trespassing in the Capitol Building.
I somehow doubt the MSM will talk about this much.
Bbw you are a fan of foxnews, so by extension a fan of Trump, Republicans, and if we expand you like all the groups associated with trump, like the Proud Boys, Qanon etc....

I suppose that's an argument...the argument you make when you are operating from a place of pure emotion and can't really back up your position with facts and logic. An argument you make when you have no actual rebuttal to what my post was about (ie people from your side doing something illegal). It's an old Leftist trick actually: dismiss anyone who disagrees with you as some fringe lunatic. You already tried to paint Fradi with that brush, and he is considerably more moderate than I am. Guess recognizing nuances and subtle differences isn't your strong suit eh?
You actually seem like a fairly decent gentleman but you seem to lack self-awareness. You seem quite oblivious to one central irony here: while you are quick to judge the supposed mental instability of others, there is nobody else here, and I mean NOBODY, more obsessed with Trump than you. The man hasn't been POTUS for 18 MONTHS and you are still going full Travis Bickle on the subject.
I think most other people on both sides of the border are ready to move on and face the uncertain consequences largely brought about by your boy Brandon.

You're right, I shouldn't have been such a generalist.

I don't change my mind about trump, trumpist republicans and foxnews.

And I shouldn't have associated you with far-right bands, like the Proud Boys and Qanon.

Nearly six in 10 Americans believe former President Trump should be charged with a crime for his role in January 6, according to new ABC News/Ipsos polling.

Having read what DJT did to his clients in the past, it's not surprising that he did the same dastardly deeds while president.
A Leopard doesn't change his spots.

Trump is a thief, a grifter, and a liar. He should be held accountable for his misdeeds.

With the fair and balanced committee of 7 democrats and only 2 Republicans (if you can even call them Republicans) you'd think it would be an easy task for them to prevent Trump from getting re elected in 2024 by bringing him up on criminal charges. That's what this whole dog and pony show is really about. Pelosi's panties are in a bunch worrying about Trump being the next president. That's why she picked such a diverse group of people (not) to be part of the committee. When Trump makes it through this he'll have plenty of time to rally his base for a win.

You call the comittee a dog and pony show.
I bet that you didn't watch 1 minute of the hearings so far. Your opinion is almost certainly based on the night show at FoxNews.

Trump himself castigated the Republicans for refusing to join the committee. According to you, who is therefore responsible for the committee being unbalanced?

Nancy Pelosi is responsible. The two Republicans on the committee clearly have issues with the former president along with the chosen democrats which makes all of their contributions biased. Getting to the bottom of what happened on January 6th is important and not having a balanced committee tarnishes that IMHO. If this was reversed and their were 7 Republicans and 2 democrats I would still have the same opinion.

The next Jan. 6 public hearing will focus on Donald Trump and his campaign’s fraudulent electors plot to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.
The hearing will take place amid reports that the lawyers pushing the plot were aware they did not have the law on their side.
At the same time, Mike Pence has spoken out for the first time since the hearings revealed Trump welcomed his assassination. MSNBC’s Chief Legal Correspondent Ari Melber reports on the new evidence emerging in the probe and Pence’s comments on the insurrection.

Trump never puts his own neck on the line (too much of a coward!!). He tries to coerce others (like Pence) to do so.

Perhaps I should put this into perspective for you.
I have told you many times that I think Trump is a disgusting human being but his policies and the economy were much better than the incompetent senile old fool in power now and whoever is pulling his strings.
This does not mean that in anyway I support red neck lunatics storming the capital or fringe near terrorist racist assoles like the Proud Boys, just like I don’t support burning, looting and killing in the name of BLM.
Unlike you with Trump I don’t have a personal axe to grind or am I fixated with hate towards one person.
I dislike all politicians in general and think of them as parasites living off of their voters.
I don’t daily contribute hate propaganda in 5 different threads either on an individual that has been out of office for 18 months.

You continually try to use this tactics of me or anybody else disagreeing with you that we associate with or like thugs like the Proud Boys or that we support bad cops like the one that killed George Floyd, we don’t. This is a typical leftist tactic and that is primarily the reason I don’t like their politics or have any respect for them.
What I dislike most is when people can’t look objectively at both sides and admit that both have their faults but instead blindly support any BS policies they may put forward no matter their incompetence they cannot do wrong.

Pardon me but you weren't associated with the Proud Boys.
And Trump is far from beeing out of the picture.
He hold rallies and intervene and the 2002 fall elections by influencing the choices in Primary in States.

Trump is not out of the picture simply because of the incompetence of the present administration, he has had no say in any policy or any of the crap that is happening right now for 18 months
He holds rallies, so what, if the current administration was doing a great job then it wouldn’t matter would it. Again if Democrats are doing such a great job then his influence shouldn’t matter.
As far as the Proud Boys, Sen has tried to mask his insinuations by asking it in form of a question do you like the Proud Boys and if you are not against Trump then you are with them, you seem to be a smart man so stop putting blinders on as BBW Hunter has stated there is absolutely nobody here with such hatred towards one man and some of us are getting a little fed up of the insinuations that anybody that doesn’t go along with that is racist or approves of lunatics attacking people for whatever cause.

Remerber:
January 04, 2021
With two days until the U.S. Senate runoffs in Georgia, President Donald Trump took to Twitter again on Sunday morning to blast state officials and its elections.
Trump said he spoke to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who has been a target of many critics, on Saturday and said "he has no clue."

"He was unwilling, or unable, to answer questions such as the “ballots under table” scam, ballot destruction, out of state “voters”, dead voters, and more," Trump tweeted.

11Alive News obtained a recording from a government source of the President pressuring Raffensperger to "recalculate" the Georgia vote count because "I just want to find 11,780 votes," Trump said.

“There’s no way I lost Georgia,” Trump said on the phone recording. “There’s no way. We won by hundreds of thousands of votes.”

“Well, Mr. President, the challenge that you have is, the data you have is wrong,” Raffensperger responded.

He warned Georgians on Twitter to "be careful of the political corruption" in Fulton County, which he said "is rampant.

In the one-hour phone call with election officials, Trump insisted he won the state and threatened legal consequences against Raffensperger and his staff.
