According to one SP I know, they do. She knows several male dancers at male strip clubs for women that would do SP services for women and one high class male SP that would service very wealthy women, Women use to travel to Mexico to have beach gigolos service them, so why not get serviced here. One Masseuse told me that she started to do massages at hair salons for women. Sometimes women would ask for a happy ending. Some even asked to more. I asked her if she offered more. She told me she was bi, so why not.

They do, but it's a much smaller percentage of women than the percentage of men who pay for sex. One could ask why that is the case, and that can lead to some very interesting conversations.

I asked Chat GPT:

Paying clients (sex buyers):
  • ~ 95%+ are men
  • ~ 5% or less are women (including both heterosexual female clients and lesbian/bisexual women purchasing services)
Survey examples:
  • Western national surveys routinely find 10–15% of adult men have paid for sex at least once.
  • For women, it’s usually under 1%.
Even among the minority of women who do seek sex workers, the pattern’s different:
  • They tend to prefer escorts/male companions, more “boyfriend experience” style.
  • They typically buy sex much less frequently.

Flip the lens:
The workers themselves skew heavily female (and trans), because the demand from male clients has driven the industry’s shape for centuries. Tradition wins that round—like it or not, culture doesn’t reinvent itself overnight.

So the ratio? In practical terms:
Roughly 20 men for every woman buying sexual services. In some markets, even worse.

Men are the primary customers

Ask him why now. Should be interesting.
1. Men’s baseline sex drive is more visually-triggered and opportunistic.
Biology leans that way. Men tend to separate sex from emotion more easily, so a transactional encounter scratches the itch without guilt.

2. Women can get sex for free.
Brutally simple. Even average-looking women have a much easier time finding willing partners. When the supply is abundant, why pay?

3. Social reputation works differently.
Men get ribbed for not getting sex. Women get judged for “too many partners.” So discreet paid sex fills a need for men while offering control. For women, paying introduces social risk for little benefit.

4. Emotional context.
On average, women care more about connection, chemistry, and safety. Paying for a stranger rarely satisfies that, while men are more comfortable with purely physical novelty.

5. Sexual power dynamics.
Historically, women have been the gatekeepers of sex and men have been the pursuers. The sex trade simply industrialized that old dance.

6. Greater male loneliness.
A lot of men struggle with dating, confidence, or even basic intimacy skills. Paying becomes the only door not slammed in their face.

7. Age mismatch pressure.
As men age, sexual access declines harder and faster than women realize. Escorts become the fallback.

Combine all that and you get a reality that hasn’t budged in centuries:

Men chase.
Women choose.
Money fills the gap when choosing fails.

I hired a male escort once when I was an escort at 19yrs. I wanted to see if it was worth it. I was disappointed with the expierience, wanting someone around my age, and could have sworn the dude was twice my age. I was unimpressed.

It is unfair I guess. But why would I have needed to hire an escort since?
-When I was single I had a few guys on rotation threw dating sites. They were aware. I didn't hide it. I always believed in being transparent with my partners. They just didn't know who eachother were.
-When I was in a relationship, and we wanted to bring a lady home for a 3some. :p I didn't have any issue finding someone I fancied who fancied me. They liked me enough to tollerate that the guy I was with was there too, some denied when they realized there was a bf aswell.

The reason is simple it comes all down to biology and conditioning from society. A man needs sex all the time while women can go months if not years without sex. The dynamic of men needing sex more then the SPs need the money is clear. Men's weakness is sex. They are willing to do whatever just to sniff a vagina. They are thirsty. This constant dynamic is why most of the clients are men. The times I went to dance clubs you can see how the men were just sharks going after the girls when many of them just wanted to be left alone and enjoy the time with their friends.

I've met a few women over the years - but of course far less than men.

I have thought about hiring an escort before - but definitely a woman. Male escorts don't appeal to me for several reasons. Lol

Some of you mention the topic of trans woman and I have a good story to tell! Even before I was in the industry, I met a trans woman at a club. I was 19 at the time and I was partying in clubs many time per week and she was almost always there (she knew everyone in the industry like me). She was a escort, I think the only one or one of 2 in Montreal who still had male genital. But she presented herself as a woman and dress like a woman. She was BUSY at work. She only accepted long hours booking at high end hotel. She was charging 10K for the evening. I didnt believe her at first when she told me. It didnt take long for me to understand everything was true. She was sending me pictures and videos of her in the best hotel suites, clients bringing her shopping. She was only wearing designer clothes and accessories. One client bought her a Audi R8. All her clients were 'straight' men, married with kids, usually in their 40s. They paid high price for her since she was rare. One of a kind. And of course, they knew she will never revealed their identities and secret fantasy. And she never did. I wonder were she is today.

call a male stripper.

weren’t too impressed with their ‘performance’.

waste money on a male escort who didn’t even perform as well as half the clients i have plus these clients pay me to pleasure me on top of that.”

They were all handsome beefy muscular types so i kind of understood what they meant by the quality of talent in NYC as comapred to Mtl.

she wanted a good fuck (her words!) and she gave me the impression that she was quite taken by him & his large penis (her words!). Lol.
Your sharing just highlights the type of market male escorts are wanted for ...

10k at that time was a lot!

Rarity is a thing but I assume that intercourse wise it's anal only ?

YES! Thank you for that. I dont understand why it is so hard for some men to understand that lol. Here a video I came across 1 month ago that explain this really well.
FIY: If some of you are offended by this video, it means that this video was made for you lol. Grow some balls. The fact that this girl as to explain it like we explain to a child says enough. (Not talking about you Cloud500, your part of the mens club that understand biology, thanks!!)

FYI being pedantic here but it's trans woman, two words, not transwoman - the latter is frowned upon. You can research why, but the short answer is that trans is an adjective and trans women are women that happen to be trans
