Douchebag on the other side of my back lane has a snowblower.
He blows all the snow from his driveway into the back lane, making it impassable.
The city plowed it yesterday, now there is over a foot of snow beside his driveway.
I just finished helping lady next door shovel out her part of the back lane because neither of us could get out.
I'm bringing a front end loader around tomorrow morning ten minutes before he leaves for work.
He ain't going nowhere.

Those who only use their wipers to remove accumulated snow on their vehicles, and drive their mobile igloos like bump and go cars. :first: Douchebag

Look behind you.
My neighbor used to blow his snow onto my lawn and I was stuck with little pebbles all over the grass, I mentioned it to him and he said that if he blew it onto his side it would cover his sidewalk. He asked if he cleaned my lawn in the spring if I would be ok with it, fourth year now and I have a nice raked lawn every spring plus he cleans my driveway and sidewalk for $15 visit... Win-win.

That is one of my pet peeves, they have no vision and drive 20 kph with frosted windows.

Lol Passione! I was an idiot in my first 4x4.

We had a huge snowstorm and I was out on the highway. Passed everyone. Came up to a line of stopped cars. Hit the brakes, my Yukon spun around and flew ass first into the ditch.
And sat there as everyone I had passed drove by pointing at me.

Sometimes I wonder if 4x4 drivers believe their vehicle makes them invulnerable. Then again many other drivers act the same. Nowadays an extra large Dunkin Donuts coffee and cell phones are standard driving distractions adding to bad choices, and yet they think the careful driver is the problem.

Glad to see you ended up in one piece.

Westwoody,

I have similar issues when we have a heavy snowfall. I live in a fairly large condominium complex and due to parking of vehicles and limited amounts of space between the buildings, there is no place to put the plowed snow. Unfortunately, because my condominium and the landscaped area in front of it (a flower and shrub garden in the warmer weather) are at the bottom of the curve of a street shaped like a semicircle, the natural dumping place is the landscaped area in front of condo, sometimes spilling into the area in front of my garage so that I need to shovel to get my car out of its garage. Even worse is all the sand and salt they put down on the roadway early in the storm ends up getting dumped in my landscaped area, this fucking up the soil quality of my landscaped area. Of course technically it's a common area and not my property per se, but since I am the only one improving the landscaped area, and planting flowers and shrubs and mulching etc. I consider it my own garden and they are fucking it up. They really can't put it anywhere else without creating the same problem for another neighbor, yet I am always the one being dumped on mostly due I think to being the natural end of where the plow's action is. The complex was not designed with easy snow removal in mind. This same complex in Montreal (where snow doesn't melt after it comes down like it does here) would be an umanageable snow removal nightmare.
