Email hacked.. penny lane

As some of you may know I have since retired from the industry. Last week I had my laptop stolen and whoever took it has been going into my bank account, emails and more. Today I was informed they are now sending emails from my old work email [email protected] and are trying to extort money from former clients!! Please watch out and don't think I'm trying to milk anyone for money.. .
does anyone know what I can do??? They changed my password...

Go to the police, basically.

Definitely inform your email server about the hack, they should be able to close your account down.

Thanks everyone. I've informed the police and changed all my bank information. I'm going to close the email down soon I just wanted to warn anyone who might have gotten an email.

I can't get into the email at all. He's changed all the information on me and got into my Facebook where he's posting my private nudes to try and humiliate me. I managed to secure the Facebook though.
