The problem is the expectation placed on the girl... be skinny and have big breast...
I'm not a thin girl, and have been complimented on my breast even with cloths on (no bra) and that's after 3 kids and useing them as nature intended DD's before i got them pierced.
My weight can fluctuate, from 170-190lbs. I am a classic case of big bones, the weight doesn't exactly look like on me like it does other girls the same weight. I tend to advertize 180 as an average... but at 170 my stomach is in the range i like, but the breast look like deflated balloons. In my opinion. While at 190, the breast look absolutely fabulous, but then I'm selfconcious about the stomach.
Girls are expected to follow a rediculous set of beauty standards.. you want to see gorgeous natural breasts then the understanding that it is fat tissue that makes them continue to look fabulous over time.
Surgery is just girls trying to be super thin, and make parts of their body that relys on fat to be created artificially.
And the downfall, the fine print... anyone with implants, needs to continue periodically every decade to redo the surgery. Its not just 1 surgery and your done... they then have to return and have it redone regularly to maintain that, and if they choose to remove over time, they may end up with smaller then they started with because age will have its toll on them as well.
