So I never thought I'll ever have trouble with getting an erection and Cumming but here I am.

A bit of a background, mid 40s recently divorced.
Divorce has been devastating mentally. Going much better now.
Sex has always been awful with ex so always relied on myself.

I can relate to your situation. I'm early 50's. A few years ago, I went through the same issue.
After years of intense sex consumption (including internet porn), i started having erectile problems.
Without any medication or therapy, i stopped internet porn, and i've slowed down my encounters quite a bit.
I don't fap as often as i used to. I try to have a moment instead of just releasing the pressure every time i feel the need.
As for meetings, I take the time to choose the person with whom I want to have this experience. I need to look for an exchange other than just sex.
All of this has meant that I still have satisfying experiences.

My initial reaction is this is likely a combination of stress and insomnolence. Increased exercise could be helpful with stress relief. Stress reduction, eliminating alcohol, and a hot shower before bed could be helpful with sleep. Be very careful with T injections unless you have documented low T by blood testing and are under a physician's care. Sex with a professional is almost never a bad idea so that I would endorse wholeheartedly. Good luck.

In your mid 40s and being a non smoker should eliminate most physical conditions, but getting a prostate check regularly is a must do. I am almost 20 years older than you and I smoke, but I keep a fairly good physical shape and diet.

I do get the occasional failure but I’ve learned to overlook it and usually my boner shows back after emptying my upper head and I can pursue. I would say if you still get morning wood or the middle of the night boner, no need to worry, it’s not physical.

Just try to get better night sleep, stop thinking about it, get rid of all the mental negativity you may still have from your divorce. Do something else for a little while your confidence will come back. Sex is 99% between the ears.

Exactly, no alcohol, cigarettes drugs and even coffee. Not that the latter is bad but anyways.
When I speak to some people i do get the hard on. But it seems like I can't get it when I want to.
Will have to try to work on my sleep. Just a late sleeper. Nothing else .

I think I am past that in my divorce. I hope . It was devastating but it's been around a year and I don't miss her that much.
I've moved on thankfully. Most likely cause I think is the lack of sleep. That is new for the last few months. Averaging 4 hours a night, chatting online.
With no nap during the day. That is when things got worse to the point I couldn't have a hard on yesterday.
My dad had prostate cancer before. Looked it up and it could also be related but at this point I don't think so. BP is 120/80 this morning.

I don't know, I'll do whatever I have control on before trying botox or taking pills.
If it's because of my bad habits sleep, eat, exercise, consumption or whatever I can control I'll do it that way first.
Right now will try to correct sleep habits and fap. Both very hard to control lol

I just turned 50.
Sports have always been part of my life. I'm in shape and I have a good cardio.
I sleep a minimum of 6h per night, ideally 8.
My job doesn't stress me.
My family doesn't stress me.
I eat healthy pretty much all the time.
Porn has always been part of my life but I'm not a huge consumer.

I wouldn't do so. I would guess being constantly hard without libido would be be somewhat annoying.

I'm 58. My libido is like a roller coaster ride these days but I don't experience much problems.

Nowadays, I tend to do 15 to20 minutes
Before pandemia, I had extra long sessions of an hour without interruption.
