Masturbate or not, I read once that it has no incidence on prostate cancer. I don’t know for the rest of the « hardware »…

I got the same problem (loosing hair)…I think I look more « mean » then I was before so…I like it!!!
Nowadays, baldness is kind of « normal » situation.

I agree. All we can do is diminishing the inconveniences.
I do regularly powerlifting during CrossFit sessions. It helps producing testosterone naturally, preserve muscular mass and help preventing heart strokes by improving blood circulation.
Been working out for 20 years so the body would still look good keeping the hair as that’s good genes I guess

Ok, so I turned 65 this month so I guess some decline is to be expected but it’s the one part of aging that I don’t really like.

My libido has declined noticeably and now I have trouble getting an erection. When I do achieve one everything is over pretty quickly. (I’m probably mentally overstimulated at that point). But it’s a shitty combo.

I’m in great shape for my age. Low BP (110/70), I don’t drink or take drugs at all, eat well and get 7-8 hours of sleep per day. I even work out with a personal trainer (possible dominatrix-she’s tough on me).

I haven’t submitted to medication yet although my Dr. offered it.

I guess my question is do I lean towards Viagra or Cialis? I like the thought of C having a 36 hour effective period whereas V needs to be taken in advance. I like the idea that an impromptu session is always possible.

Thoughts or input from anyone with experience?

I take both. 2.5mg cialis on a daily basis. When I know something good will happen I take 12.5mg viagra. I dont have any side effects, and it works perfect for me.

As you see, it is a very minimal dose. But I also privileged a rich nitric oxyde foods.

I'm in my 60's, have a major sciatica issue as well as some osteoarthritis. To ease the pain, I'm on Pregaballin 100 mg, twice a day(Lyrica). Pills do the job OK on the pain. Now, this med, basically tells your brain, there's no pain in those nerve endings. Unfortunately, my one eyed squirrel's nerve endings are also affected. Al-dente is not how I feel or respond. Very difficult to get an erection or even reach ''orgasm''. Tried Viagra, but the results are inconclusive. Unfortunately there's no real alternative for nerve pain (maybe Cymbalta, but the side effects are even worse).

I’m curious from your experience how does Cymbalta differ?

I'm in a similar situation where I'm healthy, work out, don't do drugs or alcohol but I'm 48. I did have some major surgeries, which is what my doctor thinks is causing my performance issues as my body is still recovering from the trauma of the surgeries even though I feel fine. Bit the bullet and went with 2.5mg tadalafil (generic Cialis) daily. It's been a game changer for me. No need to plan ahead for any action since it's a low dosage daily and you're ready to go at any time as long as you're aroused. No regrets going with the meds here.

I read that low dose of Cialis daily had numerous benefits including increased exercise performance. Just wondering how affordable that route is since cialis is not it covered by insurance.

The generic version of Cialis (tadalafil) is very cost effective, for me anyways. I pay $109/month for tadalafil. I think Cialis is more than double that.
