I thought that this was a nice compilation. I like #2 the best. I read some of the crimes on the list and I got to about 25 and I had to stop. I was disgusted. Where the hell were these teachers when I was in High School and Jr. High? Me and my friends would have loved it. The one I started was how despicably the media acts in these cases.

She was relatively cute in a tomboyish way. She was also interestingly a law school graduate (although I am not certain that she had passed the bar). I think the prosecution just let this case quietly go away, and she moved out of state, given the interesting set of facts regarding the blackmail.

You know I don't think it would be that bad for a 17 year old student to see a young teacher. In fact it used to happen. I was just reading about a reserve Lieutenant who taught Biology in Wisconsin in the late 30's and married a student and nobody freaked out. He waited until she graduated and then married her. He was not put on the no fly list nor was the FBI or ATF called. Now it is a federal case.

You have to take these on a case by case basis. For example the Jr. High students are too young. But I think more often then not it is just bad judgement on the part of the teacher and she he or she ought to be fired. Before we put the noose around their neck we need to remember that it wasn't that long ago when these things went on and it wasn't considered a crime.

But miss Kill Joy, before you go off on me, just know that I am just saying I find the teachers hot. Also, if they would have seduced me or any one of my close friends that I went to school with there would have been no crime. We got together for a few beers and the conversation came up. The the only crime that would have been committed is that the teacher would have set us up for a lifetime of disappointment. Most of my friends never landed a babe that hot for free sex. Actually, assault by definition is "unwanted touching" so technically the person doing the assaulting doesn't necessarily have to have sex with the guy.
