Getting friend with a sp

Back 20 years ago when average people started to buy computers many people did not know how to use them or fix them when they had a problem. Many SPs and massage ladies needed my services. I took good care of their computers, they took good care of me. In total I had 8 ladies that needed my services.

Now there's an entrepreneur!

It can be done, but it's tough to maintain. Many sp's have a difficult time adapting to a civilian lifestyle after they leave this industry. As they move on...many friends, co-workers, former clients etc, disappear from they're lives cause many are trying to move on with they're lives in a different direction. Unfortunately, nothing stays the same in life. To many, it's a stigma they no longer want to be associated with and that's why they leave it behind and move on. Very few stay actively involved with people who remain in the industry. I miss many I've met over the years and I've learned to not take it personally. So for the clients on this board who are still in contact with ladies after 5-10 yrs...it's definitely something special and I'm happy to hear you have such a special bond that's lasted so long, that's great

This is very true, a good observation. I am actually very surprised when the SP I have been friends with for 5 years now (the one I talked about earlier) still reaches out to hang out. She quit the industry in 2020 and has had a boyfriend the past 2 years. I have met her friends too, but never her boyfriend. She doesn't like to talk about the industry or want anyone to know. I haven't asked her why she wants to remain friends, but I sometimes wonder how she's not afraid that I would talk about her SP life. Maybe because she knows how private I am and she can do the same back to me. I always wonder. I never bring it up though because it would be weird.

Well, she obviously trusts you envelopes. That's cool that she still reaches out to you. It's funny how guys are usually the ones reaching out to ladies the vast majority of time. The ladies are usually overwhelmed with emails/ texts of clients, but there's something to be said for the ladies that make the effort of actively reaching out from time to time to see what your up to. This is VERY rare and you've obviously been a good friend/confidante to this former sp. That's great to hear. I hope it continues for you both
