As I posted on another thread and as have posted other members, option of Upguys is legit (thanx Meliadus). You fill out a form and a couple of days later a pharmacist calls you and gives you directives like a real pharmacist does. I checked them out on www and there's an article about them in the Vancouver Sun. The only drawback is the time it takes to get the pills, they are in BC and they use Canada Post to deliver the goods so you do the math. I also used Maple (thanx Sugarcube) after having struck out with an MD from a walk in. Waited 24 hours for a phone appointment and even with my file in front of her, I had a physical done in May of this year, she wouldn't give me the pills. With Maple you go to their site and in about twenty to thirty minutes if you play your cards right, he will fax the prescription to your pharmacist. Now Maple charges 119$ for a consult which includes two refills so a total of 24 pills. All in all the pills come out at 15,60$ (cost of the pills + cost of the consult) per, while Upguys comes out at 13,25$ per. For Maple the conversation is done virtually, don't overthink it, just be smart and you will get the pills the same day.
For me brand viagra or just généric can give me some stomach burn as side effects but its the first time i get a upset stomach for allmost five days !I think this generic pills can do the job but the quality is cheap !
Ahh. I used only generic Viagra I never got an upset stomach... I always get a mild headache and get flush. But if you get such a nasty headache then it seems you are stuck with so many pills.

I choose my route to obtain a prescription. I used Tia Health an online clinic similar to Get Maple except they charge it to RAMQ one of the very few online clinics that use RAMQ. Felix does not service Quebec and with Get Maple it is much more expensive if you are in Quebec, for Ontario with OHIP an online appointment costs you $50 but in Quebec it is more then double the price. So I made an account with Tia Health and was able to book an appointment in two weeks. The appointment time was respected, the doc was a few minutes late. The appointment was all online done via webcam but you can opt for a telephone appointment but me I do not like phone calls. Appointment lasted about 5 minutes. The doc was very cool and nice. The doc prescribed me Tadalafil vs Sildenafil not sure why. I got a prescription for 24 20mg pills which should last me a long while. Tia Health was very efficient and professional. They sent my prescription to an online pharmacy called Canada Wide Pharmacy. I used it on a recommendation of a fellow Merbite. I used it as the prices were much cheaper then getting from Pharmaprix. I inquired and they told me 4 pills of generic Tadalafil will cost $56.99. At Canada Wide Pharmacy plus shipping I was able to get 24 pills for $100.
Now this is where things went bad. Friday Tia Health faxed the prescription to Canada Wide Pharmacy and I received a text to confirm that it was faxed to the correct number listed on Canada Wide Pharmacy website. I placed my order and got an email shortly confirming the reception of my prescription. Monday arrives and Canada Wide Pharmacy calls me to tell me that they have not received my prescription and cannot process my order till they get it. I contacted Canada Wide Pharmacy to tell them the doc faxed it to them and they can call the doc to confirm it. They said they will call me back. I contacted Tia Health and asked to refax my prescription which they did. Then when I tried to contact Canada Wide Pharmacy their customer service number was not working. I contacted the Pharmacy line directly but no one answers. I called many times and finally someone answered. They said that they just received some faxes and will call me back. Now I felt like I was being jerked around so I called Tia Health is they can refax my prescription to another pharmacy. They said they can. I said to hold on that. I called Canada Wide Pharmacy and now they confirmed that they received my fax. I told them to mail my order or I was going to send my prescription elsewhere. They blamed the delays and problems due to the floods in BC. Okay. I got a call later in the day from Canada Wide Pharmacy to confirm that the prescription has been processed. They said they would email me the tracking number when the order is shipped. I waited 3 days and I have yet to receive an email. Update: So I tried 10mg Tadalafil and it does not work at all for me. No effect at all it is like I took nothing. When I take 50mg Sildenafil I get the effects within 30 mins. I will double the dose of Tadalafil. Has anyone else had the same issue? I heard from others that Tadalafil does not always work.
Here's what I've learned about Tadalafil:
-Take them them on an empty stomach, or at least 2 hrs after eating.
- Effects won't kick in before 2 hours, 12 hours is the "sweet spot" for maximum effect.
- Effects can last last to 36 hrs.
- you can safely double your intake.
I can't vouch for all this but these infos come from a doctor/user.
That "Tadalafil" has a half life of 20 hours and more compared to sildenafil's (viagra) half life of like 4 hours. Yes Tadalafil last longer but the effects are more muted or averaged out over the longer time frame. What is the point of a drug that lasts 20+ hours for hobbying unless you're a freaking maniac hehe? Great if you have a hot girlfriend at home chasing her around all day n night. Sildenafil hits very fast and hard, does its job, then is quickly metabolized and flushed out of the body. Shit like that should not be active in the body for long. Tadalafil is to Sildenafil like Valium is to Ativan.

I recently got a telephone appointment with a walk-in clinic in Toronto. I booked online and they called me back when the doctor was ready; they gave me a time range from noon to 4pm and they called me around 3pm
it took around 5 min, and I got a prescription for generic viagra for around $25 (4 pills of 100mgs) plus 2 prescription refills for a total of 12 pills. As this was covered by OHIP, no need to pay for consultation
Advice: always ask for 100mg pills, then cut them in four. this way the pills are a lot cheaper

Update: So I took double the dose 20mg the full pill. It worked. It took about four hours for it to take effect. They say it lasts 36 hours but for me it lasts a max of 12 hours. Tadalafil is far too soft for me.
I want to add my 2 cents here given my recent experience.
I was having minor intermittent issues and 5mg of the Tadalafil worked perfectly for me. Worked within about a half hour (on an empty stomach before supper) but was only "used" about 3h later and then again around 6h later. At 6h the effect was more pronounced.
My prescription is actually for 20mg but after speaking with the pharmacist he said it's better to start low and raise the dose if necessary.
I have side-effects though. Mostly headache and upset stomach, both are chronic issues for me since I was a kid so I was kind of expecting it. However, both were very well under control with the use of edible Cannabis (I don't smoke - never smoked) which is also a very recent experience for me.
Got edibles in Oka on "The Native Strip" and the guy at the store said to start with a 10mg dose to see and then adjust.

At 10mg I was tripping balls. Like stuff was going on everywhere, neurons firing I didn't know I had. It was fun but "too much fun." Wasn't sick or anything but I went through days of snacks in about 4h and wrote a novel (in my head of course) as well as invented a new type of parachute for eggs.
I adjusted and 5mg seems to be the sweet spot where I get a little high, nothing crazy - about the same as a beer or two - and no headache for 24-48h after that.
As a bonus I discovered that a specific brand of gummi (Twisted Extract - Sativa "bomb" to be exact) made me super horny and actually helps with my erections - issue is that I can't drive - well I could but I refuse to - under the influence so that pretty much voids any recreational use for hobbying. It also seems to enhance my pleasure, like I feel stuff I never felt. It's GREAT.
I thought it was an effect of Sativa itself but oddly, the same brand and strain (Twisted Extracts) but in caramel format, doesn't do all this. It just makes me high and kills the headaches, no horny side effect.

It was Mary Jane but they've been out of that specific SKU since September. Even the online store where I've been getting my stuff ever since doesn't have them. I did find some that are similar in effect, I forget the brand but they are a bit more potent and more expensive because they are smaller packages of 4 gummi bears which I then have to cut into 4 parts each.
[edit] I had a look, it's called "Mary's Extra Strenght Sativa Bunnies" - 1/3 of a gummi is enough for me. If I have 1/2 it's too much. There is around 13.5mg per gummi. 4x per pack.
