Because of a no-show and no deposit, a provider might not be able to pay her electricity bill due in two days.

If you, as a client, can't pay your electricity bill because you lost a 50$ deposit you sent to an escort, you should not even THINK about spending a cent on an escort at all.

Paola answer was only about the impact a deposit, or no deposits, might have on a provider, which has nothing to do with the point Fradi is making, the non-OKAYNESS of losing money.
It is nice to see you sticking up for your friend, I would probably do the same.
You are missing the point just like she did.
First, what I should and should not be spending on should not concern you, I assure you I know what I am doing with my finances.
I will repeat what concerned me and still does is the use of “merely play money” this merely play money we work just as hard to earn as you do.
There was no need to down play the fact that being scammed out of $50-100 is not such a big deal.

Now if a provider cannot pay her electric bill because of one no show, perhaps that provider made the wrong business choice and should be looking for a different job or needs a more knowledgeable provider to guide her so that she can be one of the ones going on exotic vacations, eating at the best restaurants, buying Gucci bags and posting this non stop on her twitter.

Ah yes, clients explain hooker-nomics to us. You have no idea what expenses a provider might have, she could be making more than you but have other expenses that you do. You are the one who clearly has disposable income in the transaction, you have no way of knowing if those exotic vacations and gucci bags came from the providers income or not.

Furthermore, there are plenty of people who enter sex work because they can only work a small amount of hours a month because of whatever reason, so they will never be getting rich off it, they just chose it as the most reasonable way to earn a living in their specific situation.

You did imply it, that is what continuously bringing it up as if we do not agree it on does, it implies I do not agree or why keep bringing it up?

You losing your disposable income just isn't the same as clients making us lose income that they do not know if we need for bills or not, and I stand by that.
So us losing money is not as important as you losing money basically.
I am sure most would agree with this even me I would rather someone else lose money instead of me also if I had to make a choice.
I just seem to think that we both work hard for our money and if you are being scammed out of rent money or play money it is still a scam and there is no justification for either and neither should be taken lightly.

In the transaction the only person who clearly has disposable income is the one booking the service, period. Being scammed out of rent is clearly worse than being scammed out of your blow job money. It is not to say that either should not be taken seriously, but clearly being slapped is less serious than being shot. It is possible to recognize that there are two harms, and that one can be worse than another, there is an objective measure of harm that can be understood here and you just refuse to acknowledge it.

I am not trying to explain anything to you I have no idea what a life of an SP is and why one can’t pay rent and another enjoys the life style of the rich and famous. Obviously the one that can’t pay rent should look for a different profession or seek help and guidance from the one enjoying a good lifestyle.

I can only say that you make your own luck in life and luckily we live in a free country where you can chose where you live and work and what type of work you enjoy and best suits you.

No it is not this is what you still don’t get and as soon as you do what you are doing you are opening the door of well it is not such a big deal to cheat someone who can afford it.
Nah, slippery slope arguments are logical fallacies. I said what I said, and anyone else using it justify something I didn't say has nothing to do with me.

Exactly, you merely said what you said.
When all that is said and done and getting back to topic if it is a well reviewed Indy and especially if she is recommended by one of the ladies that I am seeing I would probably have no problem with a deposit if I really wanted to see her bad enough.

NO, never ! Just think: do you give a deposit when you book a massage session at a massage parlor ? Or book a table at a restaurant ? If the customer don't shows up, you just give it to the next customer. C'est le risque du métier. Lots of scam out there.

Yes, I have a line of guys just waiting outside.

Here are the places that take my credit card info (something i can't do with clients) or etransfer deposit in case I no show:
MY MASSAGE PLACE
Physio therapist
Nail salon
Hair salon
Blowout bar
Eyelash lady
Waxing salon
Medi spa

And those are off the top of my head before my coffee is finished. Just say you don't want any accountability for your actions, don't make erronious excuses.

Mmm…. so it is not all rent and electric bills some seem to have disposable income after all.
Some use play money for blow jobs others for medi spa etc…. the truth always comes out lol.
At least now I don’t feel bad about not sending a deposit a missed appointment at the medi spa couldn’t be all that bad.

So I guess a missed deposit doesn’t always result in someone not paying their electric bill lol.
This is an exact quote from her.

Those are literally all business expenses. Yall think it costs us zero dollars to look how we look lmao

Also I never argued that all money we earn is for bills, heres the reading comprehension thing again.

I think that I can see this debate from both sides - as one who has been scammed by SPs on a few occasions over the years and also having lived with an independent escort. I have experienced the humiliation of not only being robbed, but taunted and insulted (broke-ass etc.) by a SP for daring to request the return of a deposit when she didn't appear. (most recently by the original Leah of Euphoria, after she had quit the agency). I have also witnessed the frustration of an escort (who was not a superb manager of money) when she realized that she would make no (much needed) money on a particular day as none of her clients showed up.

If a client loses his deposit, he has probably lost <= $100. If a client doesn't make a deposit and doesn't appear, the SP has lost >= $200 of revenue.
$200 > $100 Q.E.D.

I cannot imagine how a debate about who works harder, who needs the money more etc. is ever going to be resolved to the satisfaction of all.

It's too bad that an escrow company doesn't exist for escort bookings.

I comprehend things extremely well you needn’t worry, and I think everybody else has also comprehended things.
These are not your finest moments.

BTW I don’t have a problem with SP doing well and having a nice lifestyle, that is the way it should be, there is nothing better than an independent woman who can create a fabulous lifestyle for herself and one that is ambitious and can make her dreams a reality.
That is exactly the type of woman I admire and like to spend time with and do.

What gets to me is when someone belittles someone else’s efforts or the money they earned and then claims her situation is not the same and it maybe for rent and electric bills and next thing you know she Is able to have a slew of caretakers running around her.

No I don’t think it costs zero dollars for someone to look good, you are still the one having comprehension issues.
My point was and is do not belittle $50-$100 that is being scammed from anyone as ”merely play money” nobody gives you anything for free everyone works hard to earn money, even us.

You are not going to change my mind on this even if you keep wanting to have the last word and think that anyone not having the same opinion as yours has to be wrong lol.

@Fradi you need to chill a bit
Instead of encouraging sp to respond here. You are bashing her
We get it. Paola is not your atf. The one that lights up your darkness. Move on
I think I can express my opinion like everyone else.
perhaps if you don’t like what is being said which so far is polite you should move on.
I am not bashing anyone I just don’t like it when scamming is being belittled as merely play money.
