The old adage is still valid: never f**k the payroll. It would be setting oneself up for a lot of trouble, with the Me too movement and sexual harassment regulations, she would be in a position to use blackmail. Potential job loss, tainted reputation, end up in court if it's a civil lawsuit or worse in jail if it's a criminal charge.

I was wondering if anybody ever hire a sugar baby on a company payroll, use her as "employee" and have benefits at same time,,,, what do you think?
Sam
As a business owner myself, I think this is the worst thing you could do. Not only you expose yourself to a potential crazy bitch who would could leverage that for extortion from her or an disgrunted HR employee who gets that but this is not a good structure in finance side especially vs the risks. I don't know how big is your company and how many employees do you have but you shouldn't take such risk on your revenue source and your employees deserve better from you as their leader. Keep your business clean. That's my 2 cents.

I think you could have gotten away with that in the 50s and 60s, but not today. I have heard of people that hired people to clean their house and was paid on the company books. The CRA will roast you alive if you are caught.

I was on my sugar daddy’s payroll for years
But we know each other for 12-15 years and I’m extremely reliable.

Don’t know if you know her for years and your accounting doesn’t ask much questions, but it’s possible

I personally agree this is a very bad idea. If you're a proper sugar daddy, you don't need to put her on your company's payroll. Doing so only exposes you to just about every kind of possible legal problem. You can take her on as a personal "PA" (and discreetly work out the details of how you pay her) - without mixing her up with all the HR / Legal complications that come with her being employed by the company you run.

I think I had read stuff like that on the SB reddit r/sugarlifestyleforum, probably US-centric, it may be worth a look

I wonder if OP is even able to do that. Or just a thought that crossed his mind. Anyone who is actually in a position to do that probably realizes it’s a terrible idea.
if OP is in a position to do that. I am betting that he works for mommy and daddy’s business

This is a stupid idea, too many people can potentially be involved and if this is just as a tax deduction she would have to accept to pay taxes on this income, why would she expose herself to the scrutiny ?

It is probably better to engage the sugarbaby as a public relations consultant or a marketing consultant and keep the relation as a subcontractor.

I think to anyone reading this thread it’s crystal clear what not to do
Again I understand when someone has a liking and fondness for a particular SB and wants to help them out in some way but putting them on the payroll is risky and can get complicated if there is a bad fallout in the relationship ... to go ahead and do something like that one needs to have a long history with that person and to really know them and have some major trust ,,, but even then we know trust can be elusive , it’s there one moment and then it’s not

Go for it! La Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST) will be happy to know the women at your place of employment are not making less then the men
