Hire sugar baby on company payroll

This is clearly risky business. But i would do it, under some conditions.
I do hire 1 or 2 student interns every year. She would have to fit with the job description. I wouldn't do it with a girl i barely know.
But internships are just a few months long. So it would not last.

I have run into a couple of women on SA who inquired of the possibility of being hired as personal or executive assistants. No such positions were available at my firm, so the discussion never went further than that. I would say such a hire is very risky. If the arrangement sours who knows what could happen. However in my business long term experience is very important in those positions, and these girls have no real qualifications as far as experience goes for those positions. Some might be eligible for a filing clerk position, but they usually will not settle for that. They want some real responsibilities.
