I was wondering if anybody ever hire a sugar baby on a company payroll, use her as "employee" and have benefits at same time,,,, what do you think?

As a business owner myself, I think this is the worst thing you could do. Not only you expose yourself to a potential crazy bitch who would could leverage that for extortion from her or an disgrunted HR employee who gets that but this is not a good structure in finance side especially vs the risks. I don't know how big is your company and how many employees do you have but you shouldn't take such risk on your revenue source and your employees deserve better from you as their leader.
