Well most of my problems I had with girls when I was younger was b/c I was fat in highschool & it didn't change until I was

I have to agree with EagerBeaver regarding your girlfriend. If you are saying you see her (let alone sex involved or not) only once or twice a month, she is not a real girlfriend and one has to think about her reasons to be with you. Maybe she feels something for you as a friend and doesn't want to disappoint you, but I hardly see that as a GF/BF relationship. However, if it's only the sex that is deficient and you are with her almost everyday, maybe there are other issues that you should raise and discuss with her.
