Also on the radio this morning, according to Claude Poirier, the famous criminologue, this meeeting might also be about street gangs and juvenile prostitution in Montreal. He also added on the radio, that he received an email from a father which 17 y-o daugther went missing. That man went to a motel on Lacordaire and secretly observed the venue of clients and young women. Then, he intercepted a girl and she told him his daughter has been in the business. I guess LE must have been informed of this. Poirier also mentionned that 2 motels on the south shore were known to have rooms rented by gang members to have girls working over there.
Anyway, I thought this might interest you. In the past, crack down usually happened when the media were alerted/involved, so maybe hobbyists should be more precocious as to whom they are dealing with.
