Brazil is a good example Sambuca. I have found exactly what you said. I made 4 visits to WhoareYou and Protagoras' favorite privy/message parlor the last two visits and with the exchange rate, I was seeing ~50 $USD per girl/hour. The services and looks were among the best I've ever had and two girls invited themselves to come to my hotel and fuck me overnight as nothing more than a date. However, that is no longer desirable for me. It is cute and good for the morale but I kind of prefer the business attitude of Montreal girls. I have never had one try to latch on to me in Canada but in Brazil it has happened several times. And my friends tell me that that people marry them and guess what? They make just as bad of wives as civilian women do so there.

One thing about Brazil, Germany, Argentina, and probably anywhere else including Montreal: Newbies beware. There are rip offs everywhere and you have to learn how to avoid them. We don't realize it here because we have learned how to do this long ago. You call James, Mike, anyone of the Martins, momma Unicorn etc, indies that have been vouched for or you met at parties for example, and you receive a professional who provides value for your dollar.

And you are correct about another thing: There are shills on every forum. Some of the shills are really not shills but they partake in shill-like behavior. They are just so proud about a certain FKK, agency, girl that they cannot imagine that anyone else would ever have a bad experience with that FKK, agency, or particular girl. Look at some of our own MERB best of the year poles. Generally, the girls that end up at the top are top-notch with Jennifer-like and Victoria-minnie-like qualities but on occasion, girls do well on that pole that just do not appeal to me. I wonder how they got there.

I think they do that already Detour. During the years of the strong dollar, I don't remember any agency or Indy willing to give me the exchange rate for the $USD. Maybe they did but I can't remember an instance of this. I do remember in the years of the weaker dollar or when the dollar was on par, that one agency girl tried to punish me. More recently, during the years of the high value dollar, I do remember one agency stating on their web site that "All Rates are quoted in Canadian Currency. We accept US Dollars at par."

I can do the Montreal equivalent of HOTT in NNJ right outside Manhattan for $300-$350/hour ($225-$245 CAD/hr). Factor in Montreal travel expenses and these rates don’t make the trip to Montreal as appealing or economical. Given the few # of times I visit Montreal per year, I’ll stick with Vogue + Euphoria.

What he mean I think is that he sees girl that are 300 to 350 in NJ that would be at 225-245 rate in montreal. It's more expensive yes but yes when you do factor all expenses to come to montreal it is not.

Speaking generally and not specifically, I understand that you don`t get the same level of service in NJ as you get in Quebec.
For 220 CA in Montreal you`ll get full GFE and more. In NJ for 300US you`ll get safe GFE with one SOG.

And with all respect to Cloudsurf, I’m not sure where he’s getting his information that NNJ providers offer only safe GFE at a $300 price point. That’s flat out false, though I’m sure a few agencies operate within those parameters and pricing.

But agencies such as MyBeautifulVixens and even XO Companions (no affiliation with escorts XO in Montreal) offer Montreal quality and performance within the $300-$350 range. Matter of fact, XOC.ch has become my favorite agency anywhere, ahead of Euphoria, XO Montreal and Vogue. Weekend specials are $300/hour (mostly $360 for established clients during week). I know posters that have used XOC with great satisfaction, especially since they travel girls to different US cities regularly. NNJ is an incredible place to hobby.

But back to my earlier point. I would say for most of us hobbyists, it’s not worth it to pay $300/hour for an Independent in Montreal. When you schedule multiple appointments over a long weekend and factor in travel costs, the $300+/hour price point is just not economical. What makes Montreal appealing and so special to most as a hobby destination is its offering of incredible hot women at great value, not to mention the ease of traveling to the city from places like NYC, Boston, etc. Just my take, and to each his own.

After seeing a conversation in 411 section about indy reviews, it made me want to start a thread on indy prices/rates

Let me start with my very own opinion on it; To me i dont think it is justified to have that much of a high price in certain cases.
Lets talk numbers , agency's charges between 200 & 240 an hour and indys charges from 250 and up.
For me , @ 300 & up its already to high. ( but again thats my personal opinion ) i am saying that because i think you will get basiclly the
about same service with that indy that you would get in agencys.
You will get fantastic services and sometimes shitty services @ both places.
Lets not forget that in agencys the girl is making between 150 & 200 an hour and gives the same service in the end.


So lets say you get an indy @ 400-500 $ an hr, we can think that for that price her service must be a few notch better, like more personalized,
more GFE, probably because she see's less clients per day , and maybe she super hot too , facially and bodywise , etc...

So lets say that those reasons justify that 400-500 $ , what about the indy's that charges 700-800$ an hr,
what more they can possibly give to justify the sky high price, compare to the other one ???

In the end what are we seing SP's for ? to get laid 1st , second to get some special affection that we would'nt get somewhere else, and third maybe get that porn movie action.

So i personally dont think it is worth those high price in most cases, because you can have the 2-3 things i mentioned in agency's for what i think is a reasonable price.

My questions to you guys is this ;

-What is your POV on the prices, like is it jutified for you ??

-Do you think they really offer more than agencys ?

-Should Indys lower there prices to compete with agency's ?

PLEASE i would like only merbists to answer to this thread, NOT indys because you will for sure want to justify yourself with all sorts of excuses.

I want the customers opinion in that matter.

Agree with your assessment!

From the economic point of it there's no way of adjusting this and pay more for the service of indy. I actually think the agencies are way more reliable in Montreal since there are staffed better, being on time, taking complaints and care about their reputation. Many of the independent girls used to be working for agencies and after building enough customer relationships they moved out to make more money on their own terms.

It is actually very simple.

The market will dictate.
Indys are free to charge what ever they think they are worth, just like any other professional or businessman, if somebody doesn’t like it they are free to chose someone else off of Leo list or humpchies or from a reputable agency that has lower prices.

I for one do not go for the high end Indys above $400hr.
I have however only chosen Indys so far in the $260-$350hr price range and I have never been disappointed, but I mostly see one absolutely gorgeous young lady who is just unbelievably kind and fabulous to be with.
