Yes, I have been in the US for over 30 years and the Biden handling of Hawaii has many upset, so yes things have changed in 2 months. His $700 to the people in Hawaii has changed a lot of minds.

The polling is about Ukraine not Hawaii. US citizens' favorable support for Ukraine has been relatively constant since Putin's illegal invasion in 2021. However, the polling that you cite is specifically about continued funding of the war. First, no one should overreact to the results of one poll. Second, as Mitch McConnell has stated, the dollars designated for Ukraine are dollars spent in the US producing weapons and ammunition. These are not dollars given away to Ukraine rather dollars spent domestically that support American jobs and the American economy.

I think we all know that Putin illegally annexed Crimea in 2014. The point is, since Putin illegally invaded Ukraine in 2021, American support for Ukraine has be consistently high. I know quite a few more Democrats than you including in Hawaii. Democrats have not soured on Biden. FEMA is on the ground in Hawaii and spending is a function of Congress not the POTUS.
