If anything, they're doing it more because of the sharing of photos on social media between teenagers and wanting sex earlier in life and the younger girls exposing themselves and dressing up sexier than years ago, yeah, I'd say it's happening more, not less.

Younger girls definitely aren’t dressing sexier nowadays. Think of what girls wore to the club years ago vs now. Now they wear baggy jeans and sneakers, back then it was skin tight bandage dresses and heels

You should go downtown Montreal and look at girls outside clubs waiting to get in wearing mini skirts and showing their boobs even in freezing cold. You are not up to date...

I recently saw a short video interview by a sociologist a few days ago,she wrote a book about this and it seems this specific assumption isn't true. I was surprised too. I'll find some references if anyone's interested.
