Hi all! I am new here and I have a question for the connaisseurs here, or even newbie who wants to share their toughts
Canada is known to have semi-legal prostitution. As Wikipedia says : Current laws on prostitution in Canada, introduced in 2014, make it illegal to purchase sexual services but legal to sell them. [...] The activities related to sex work that are prohibited by law include operating a premises (sexual services establishment or brothel) where such activities take place, being found in such an establishment, procuring for such purposes, and communicating such services (soliciting) in a public place, making it difficult to engage in prostitution without breaking any law.

And now, my question:
Where do forum hobbysts and the owners of this forum stand for, according to law?
1. Hobbysts posting here : could they face some charges, are they broking law just by contributing to this place?
2. Forum or forums owner themselves : are they broking law just by communicating or allowing communication of sex services?
Please don't tell me to call my lawyer.. I will not!
Or don't tell me to read the FAQS.. I've done my homeworks. I want your toughts guys or girls!
Cheers all!
