Sad that Canadians never learnt anything after 10 years of liberal chaos. The polls show that the liberals are leading.
Fuck the polls. Everywhere I look, everyone I speak to, want nothing to do with another Liberal government. It's just not good for any country to have over 10 years with the same government. What are we, Russia?

One cannot discount the polls, there are many hardcore Liberal supporters even on this board. But I noticed how Canadians are voting based on emotion. They got this hatred of the word Conservative, but they should not look at the name of the party, they must look at the man leading the party. Look at the facts. If the majority wanted Trudeau gone because of his destructive policies, why do you think Carney will be any different? Look at his cabinet, it is all the same people that supported Trudeau's destructive policies. It seems the number one topic in deciding the votes is who is best to deal with Trump's tariffs? So far Carney has not spoken to Trump, not even a phone call. No attempt at negotiating. Seems he is avoiding till he gets elected. Those are the facts. I am also certain that Liberal votes are much less firm compared to Conservative votes. Liberal votes are on sand and it will not take much to sway them. The debates will be the deciding factor.

plus ''it was an extremely productive call''.....we will see soon.....TROMP is such an ass.....BUT credit to CARNEY .....dans les circonstances the right LEADER at the right place ...

The media is too focused on Trump. But they threw out the past nine years out the window under the Liberals. What a lot of people mostly young ppl, those under 50 are concerned with is the cost of living. They are still in the work force and got many years to work till they retire. They want to build their life and have their own family. They ask why is my rent so high? Will I ever be able to own a home? Groceries are so expensive, am I able to feed myself and my family. This is a very real reality for many. What will Carney do to address this? For a guy aligned with Mark Wisemen leading the Century Initiative, I seriously doubt it.

The reason that Trump refered to Carney as prime minister Carney is because they know each other well having rubbed shoulders in the business world several times. Trump owes Carney.

Is Trump indebted to Carney? Yes. Why?

Carney, as the head of Brookfield Management, bailed out Trump's favourite son-in-law, Jared Kushner, from a bad property deal.

Sometimes, it is best to just be a career politician, rather than an accomplished banker, right Pierre?

^^^^^ Yep. And the Globe And Mail is spreading a lot of misinformation about Poilievre as they are aligned with the Century Initiative to have 100 million ppl in Canada. Poilievre was exposing this corporate lobby group's diabolical plans.

And you noticed how the media is so fixated on Trump as if that is the only and main issue. Seems to be by design to ensure a Liberal win. Like the past nine years never happened.

The cost of living is a real issue for many especially the younger generation. High rents, unaffordable housing, high food. These are real issues and should not be forgotten. A millionaire elitist like Carney who is alligned with the Century Initiative, what does he know about living in a small apartment and counting every cent when doing groceries.

I also have heard it called by Leftists for years... the old boys' club. Not a peep out of the Leftists for this gross, egregious, oligeneous display of " I got your back" as Liberals under Trudeau have told Canadians for years.

The writing is on the wall. The size of the Poilievre rallies leads me to believe that we are continually lied to by the pollsters and old guard media. Their gravy train ride is about to come to an end and good riddance to them.

^^^^ The polls tell a different story. Seems all the leftists are voting Liberals. Quebec has the most Liberal voters. Usually they vote Bloc, but this time are going to Liberals. NDP supporters are also going to Liberals. While the PPC keeps on attacking the CPC and the party has never won a seat ever! The right fight among themselves while the left join forces.
