I still can't access MERB chat... I know Chef and others had the same problems. Did you manage to find a way to get in ?

Karma, i too had problems for a while, because my Norton Security antivirus wasn't giving me access for a few weeks (after Fred Zed had done a rebooting of the chat system). I finally managed to get back in by going into the Norton Security icon on the bottom right of the screen, and disabling it temporarily. By clicking Disable Norton Security, a window appears asking for how long you want it inactive, offering 5 minutes or more. I now do this everytime I wish to enter the chat, and no problems anymore.
Maybe you have the same accroche...

Sorry to hear that. I heard some users had issues with their Norton Anti-Virus / Security software. I don't recommend you disabling it. You might also need to upgrade your Flash to the latest version.

Has it worked for you before.

Actually, if anyone is using Norton I suggest they uninstall it and get something better.

Disabling it for the time someone spends in chat will not be dangerous at all, especially if you are behind a router, which I recommend everyone have even if they only have one system.

You don't have to disable Norton completely. From Norton Home go to Norton Internet Security, then disable Privacy Control only.
