why: MTLTOPGIRLS was warned my Mod 12 MERB did not tolerate the use of fake pictures in MERB advertising. Mod 12 deleted some fake pictures but ... found no better thing to do than put them back, despites Mod 12`s warning.

The next infraction of this nature will grant MTLTOPGIRLS a minimum of 1 month suspension.

Because MTLTOPGIRLS is a new member and English or French isn`t their first language, we have explained our policy to them further, regarding the labeling of Look-A-Like Photos and are giving them one more chance.

From here on out (July 20th @ 3PM), failure to comply will reactivate their suspension.

*** EDIT by Mod 11: Suspension reinstated, July 26th. MtlTopGirls were explained the rule, they were even given a second chance but yet, they can`t remember how to do it right. Maybe wasting 1 week of advertising will help the rule to stick to memory? Mod 11

*** EDIT by Mod 11: Suspension changed to PERMANENT on July 31st. MTLTOPGIRLS figured it was a good idea to create a new account asianhoney instead of taking it like like a man and suffer the consequence of their actions and take the 1 week suspension. Even under asianhoney they came back with the same intent to fraud members with fake pics and no mention off "look-alike". We even gave them a few chances under asianhoney but they blew it.
asianhoney is now suspended for 1 month for posting fakes pictures and registering a duplicate handle while MTLTOPGIRLS was suspended.
Next suspension round will be PERMANENT for any account these people want to register, no more chances.

As has been stated in the past, MERB moderators have no financial stake in MERB. We are not paid and receive no benefits or gratuities of any kind from anyone. Not from Fred or any agency or other individual advertising on MERB or not advertising on MERB. Any future statements of this sort will result in the exact same suspension. Posting such claims falls under "misleading or false information" as well as our rules regarding respectful posting towards all members and is against MERB rules.

Why:

1. Posting fake pics in the advertiser sections and ignoring instructions from moderators to mark these pictures with a "look-alike" label.
2. This member is in fact MTLTOPGIRLS who is now permanently banned. (see post a bit higher in this thread) They figured since MTLTOPGIRLS was banned for a week, it was a good idea to create a new account under asianhoney so they could again ignore the moderators` warnings.

Moderators tried to give them chances, with both accounts, blaming the confusion on a lack of comprehension of English but, after a while and after we were assured the rule was clearly understood, the fake pictures stayed as they were, without any "look-alike" label.

Next infraction involving a duplicate account or fake picture will result in this company being banned permanently from MERB, no matter the account name.
