MOJO clearly patern itself after GG but took it to a much higher level leaving GG behind to a solid third if not fourth place in the Incall department.
Their roaster on the surface
is much stronger has several girls from GG have left
for MOJO this being indicative that MOJO is a better managed agency with greater vision. However when it comes to planing I have some reservations. The online booking strategy may provide with serious issues. The responsibility of it is left to the girls .
The biggest struggle for all agencies is attendance. Imagine leaving it over to them unsupervised ???
I do like the concept but not I'm not sold on the girls reliability. I guess time will tell.

The reliability was always a problem in this business
This is something I Know first hand since I operated high volume agencies.
I had a system similar to there but less complex in the fact it wasn't a computer program ,but the girls where notified ahead
by pager with codes they new which driver was assigned and at what time the pick up would be done .
A simple system driver 10 at 22 hours ,some girls manage to fuck it up.
Having tought of the system is impressive to believe it will be properly executed by the girls and drivers that's another story .
In conclusion has a example which happen to me about 18 month ago .

I had a 19 years old cutie prebook foe a 4 hours stand at the airport hotel she had confirm via text message to me she was in she even confirmed verbally to driver at what time she would be ready the driver was there in front she said 10 minutes he waited she closed her cell phone no more answer .
No system in the world will prevent this from happening .
The story afterward her little sister became sick .
Yes bookers do have a handle in their back girls think they can fill them up like suitcases.
This by the way was a well reviewed lady on Merb by credible Merb handles .
A system has impressive it may be is never better then the execution of it .

I was astonished to see Mojo had 15 girls working on Saturday in the winter. Kind of ironic it was the past weekend instead of the prior weekend, when many MERBites were in town for GG7. But based on my experience, I think Mojo's system is working pretty well.

I was arriving in Mtl on Saturday evening and had pre-booked a girl from G4U. Early afternoon I hear from James4U she canceled for the day (maybe due to lack of prebookings / massive competition from Mojo?) So from the road, I booked a girl from Mojo . . . but I find out a couple hours later she ended up canceling her schedule too. So at the last minute, I had to call an audible and booked another girl from Mojo. Through all of this, communication from Mojo was very good and I had no issues with her arrival / departure time. (I had an amazing time with her too - she is already well reviewed)

So here are some observations:
* IME, Mojo's booker / driver system seems to be able to handle the high volume of appointments

* 15 girls from Mojo + the lineups from other agencies is too much supply for a winter day. I know at least 2 girls canceled, probably more. BookerL, should they limit the #of girls working on a given day?

* The year is still young, but so far 2015 seems to be Mojo's year. I would say they have a few advantages right now, to which Mike & James should pay heed:
(1) Mojo has invested in a First Class website and photos, which might matter even more to the girls than to us
(2) $200 is Mojo's default Outcall rate, with some VIPs @ higher rates. I think for new girls, G4U should consider making $200 the default rate. Obviously, Chloe, Megan etc. can command higher rates based on their reputation, but makes no sense to me the unknown girls charge the same rate.

* Of course, things can turn around quickly and the Maria Star / Isabella D. news today is a big shot in the arm for G4U

* For those of us who enjoy the hobby, competition is a great thing! There have been times over the past year when G4U hegemony seemed unhealthy. It's good to see a strong competitor arise, and raise the bar for everyone.

You are right on the website aspect, the girls like that. I saw only one girl from mojo and when i asked her why did she choose mojo, she told me that just by looking at the different websites, mojo's girl looked all stunning and agency seemed serious, so she contacted them first.

Most of the agencies have had their websites professionally designed, none a more significant investment than that of Mojo. G4U is one of the very few that uses a free template, giving the distinct impression that they are a second tier operation. It's pretty clear that their "Agency of the Year" status is directly linked to their parties and not to the "class" of the operation. The fact that Mojo and MTLGFE held their parties in trendy nightspots while G4U's party was held in a bar of a dive hotel is also quite telling.

There's no doubt that Mojo is the top operation in Montreal at the moment and they continue to rise.

Listen I went to the G4U gt's, Mojo, Mtlgfe .... and even others in years past .. . Yes I will admit that Mojo stood out by the place chosen ... I said it ... I even posted it.... and said that their website, etc is great ... BUT I have to judge the QUALITY of the service I receive from the agency booker BECAUSE I have yet to try it ... but up until now I'll admit that they have set the bar high for the place they chose .. . Regarding Mtlgfe I'm not sure I will be invited back BECAUSE I'M TOO HONEST ... and i posted it all ... the place was really not wow !!! .. and I remember the all mixed feast which was on the table and we had to taste like a herd .... anyway .. and that girls were not presented and so on, but it was their first ... I don't WANT to come back on the subject ... but my post was made on that .. In terms of the place where the G4U's GT have taken place for some time ... so the place is small... but it will change ... but the place was there for us to meet ... discuss ... not to escape, the great food and always clean, the atmosphere awesome ... you meet for the first time and you still see people who are from merb and this is great ... Because it was really cool and sincere meetings that still remain present .. I have done BUSINESS with G4U for nice encounters ... and my post have been done on that .... and I was as thrilled by the service of the gentle ladies, as by the service received from Mike or James ... so I have nothing to say against them up until now !!! ... apart from an external incident with a girl but JAMES saw that it was a lie ... and I posted about that too .. For me I ALWAYS BEEN SINCERE here ... I don't give a shit that this is the internet ... I tell the TRUTH..you like it or not, I don't care ... BUT I AM Honest ... For me the picture I project here, in the virtual world is the same as I have in person ... and all will be able to re-confirm it to you. So yes I strongly believe that G4U and the organizers will adjust to change the place but as long as the place remains friendly, and familiar ... they're are not there to pop small firecrackers but instead to give quality over quantity ... I look forward to be healed because I have ladies that I want to meet at Mojo and I will see then about the service received ... As for Mtlgfe I will too. ..but every time before the girls were always booked ... not the fault of the agency, but I also do not know about the quality of their service ... It's the age-old "agency wars" again. I don't really get it myself. You shouldn't have to put down one agency to make another look good. I've noticed certain people posting against G4U more often lately, and it really just looks petty and childish.

I want to tell you that you are most reliable than most of the agencies. It is so easy to book with you, with a best service you provide.

Actually Mojo booker sucks. I am quite surprised that they have such a nice website and seems to be having good girls, and they have hired such a sucker booker.

I have tried to book the girls two times during the past two months with Mojo. First he seems to be a very nice person on the telephone and on SMS, very polite.
But when half an hour left for booking he suddenly disappears. He will not pick the phone and he will not reply to your SMS. It has happened with me two times.

He does not understand that all the merbites are very busy people and it is difficult for them to take out some time from their busy schedule.

His behaviour is strange and not normal. Why can't he tell me that the girl I booked is not available? Or tell me some other story. Not picking the telephone at the last minute is behaving like high school kids.

Don't know what happened to you, but I can tell you that i am probably the guy who would be the winner for texting to agencies about the girls and services provided. In my mind I have two agencies that always answer very fast to all my questions and they are very patient with me.
And one of them is Mojo.

I've texted Mojo, I've phoned Mojo. I've found them (her, actually, Claudia) to be professional and informed. On the rare occasion that a girl is going to be a few minutes late, she's called to let me know. That said, they've never been more than a few minutes late.

I seem to have sparked a firestorm among the indies, and for a good reason. They were invited to one party and not the other...and there are good reasons for both.

First, there were only a handful of the agency girsl (8-10 I've been told) at one party so the indies, who outnumbered them by over 2-1 were a welcome addition. Also, when the agency does not have a financial investment in the party, it's much easier to invite the others in. I understand why the agency girls don't attend. If you have a party every two months, you really can't expect them to be there, especially when they're not being paid. One can hardly fault them for not showing up. Also, that agency's roster seems to have contracted quite a bit in the past few months.

As for the second party, Mojo made a major investment in the party, asked the girls to dress a certain way, paid the girls to attend, and had over 90% of their girls at the party. Rather than spend the evening running off to rooms upstairs, it was simply a meet and greet. I'm sure I met every girl there. (Polly made sure of that.) Mojo had a roster of 25 at the time of the party, 22 were in attendance. Inviting the independents, in light of the investment made, would not have made sense. Their roster has expanded to 32 in just the three weeks since. They must be doing something right.

Mojo set out to become the top agency in town and they've done so very quickly. The old adage is true: "advertising doesn't cost, it pays."

A couple indies commenting hardly qualifies as a firestorm, lol! And this has absolutely nothing to do with being invited to parties, why would you even bring that up? Of course each agency has the right to invite whomever they like to their parties. While I sincerely appreciate the invitations extended by G4U and MtlGFE, I certainly don't expect that every agency would follow.

This thread should be about what Mojo is doing right, what is making them a success. From what I see they seem to be doing a lot right, and it's paying off. No need to put down other agencies to make them look good.

From a client perspective (at least this client) the statement is somewhat of a contradiction if trust and branding (thanks bookerL) are priorities as these things can take time to develop and time to be proven consistent enough to have any meaning.

If they have already accomplished this in their brief existence then that is very encouraging. Certainly introductions to 22 scantily clad friendly ladies in an evening sounds fantastic..

Metrics? Well, I don't know if there's anything measurable, but...

There have been GTs for years, but GG and MTLGFE raised the bar quite a bit with theirs. From most all accounts, Mojo raised that bar considerably. No agency has ever invested financially as Mojo has between an unprecedented website and their lavish party.

Their better than 90% participation rate of their girls is also unprecedented. Of course, they're the first agency to pay the girls to attend. 22 of their 25 were in attendance.

In the three weeks since their party, their roster has swollen to 32. Has there ever been a roster of 32 girls in Montreal. I do not believe so.

With the exception of Sunday, they regularly have between 8 and 15 girls working.

They say they're aiming to go to 24 hour service. Of course, it remains to be seen if they'll achieve that, but given everything else they've accomplished in the past six months, I wouldn't doubt them. It has, to the best of my recollection, been about 8 years since Devilish was offering early morning service. I look forward to the day when Mojo brings that back.
