Mysterious place on Iberville and Belanger

There is a mysterious place on Ibervill and Belanger (north east corner) second floor. It has glass brick windows all around. As far back as 25 years ago, I was told that it was a club for "exchangist" or that it might be a house of ill repute. Does anyone know anything about this place?

I heard the same things from another board, that the woman working in this bar offer take out but nothing goes on inside the place.

THE BUILDING YOU GUYS ARE TALKING ABOUT ON THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF BELANGER AND IBERVILLE IS A PLACE KNOWN FOR ITS REPUTED SERVICES FOR YOUR BODY. If you're all wondering which body part would get the most attention here, well I'm gonna tell you, its your foot! Dr. Simoni the podiatrist happens to own Le centre du pied downstairs also operates his podiatry practice up there, and a bigger part of the second story is exclusively used for storage and the atelier for manufacturing inserts and prostheses for the foot. If you don't believe me, go there before 5 at about sundown and you can see thru the whole bldg from the front windows when all the lights are on .I got the grand tour of the place tonite when I walked right in with my phony gas dtector. Ha ha, I used to watch alot of rockford files and Magnum p.i. reruns. Simon and Simon too!
