When I was working for agencies, the ones who gave me the most business (and where I had the most repeat clients, what is good for me was good for the agency also) were the ones who spent the most time during the interview checking to see if :
1) I really enjoyed sex and that money was not the ONLY reason I wanted to be an escort.
2) Tried to get a feel for my personality
3) Was upfront and honest when asking questions about what I would and would not do as well as what kind of experience I had (for example, anyone can say they are willing to "do" BDSM scenes, but not everyong has slave training)
4) they knew I smoke but wanted to be know that if a client was a non-smoker that I would not smoke immediately before showing up and would not light up until I left.
I am not the model type, more of the girl, or should I say woman, next door type, but I am a good looking woman, solidly built, rather than thin or skinny, and I do LOVE what I do
Hope this helps. I find that as Bob Crane mentioned, many clients generally are happier to forgoe model type or porn star looks, for great service and skill. Some agencies refused me outright without ever meeting me based on my age and or measurements. It seemed that they held a belief that anyone over 25 was too old to escort, obviously this is untrue since I have made quite a successfull career for myself.
