is now available on netflix, something i grew up with... very nostalgic, im surprised by how I still laugh out loud at these old school corny french jokes.

if you really like sitcoms, its like "Scrubs" but in french and more raw.

For those of you who asked me what French Verlan accent was like, they do it a lot in this series.

The Old Guard with Charlize Theron. Great flick. And the German sci-fi series Dark. Instead of blindly going to discover these things I just go on YouTube to look for recommendations. Saves time.

Netflix Canada has recently picked up Sons of Anarchy, one of my most favourite tv shows of all time. Not your typical tough guys shooting at each other biker drama. Acting, storyline, character development, soundtrack, thematic subtext - everything is well-written and well-directed.

Netflix documentaries have always been my favourite. The Business of Drugs currently has me hooked.

Sons of Anarchy is very good. By the time they get to season 7, the violence explodes and the body count is off the charts. Lots of "settling of accounts."

Watching Lupin, good series, worthy IMO.

My father watched season 1 of Lupin and told me he really liked it. I have not gotten to it yet, because I just finished season 1 of the Sinner. It's a murder mystery but the mystery is not who done it, it is why did she do it? They do an expert job teasing out investigation of that question, and the viewer does not have an answer until the last 15 minutes of the final episode. Very good performances by Bill Pullman, Jessica Biel and Connecticut's own Chris Abbott as the husband of the accused.
