I found it difficult to send a PM to another user and wound up embarassingly posting something on my public profile asking another member for information. The PM system is "weird" to say the least, it's the first time I see a PM system that instead of calling the messages "Private Messages" it calls them "start discussion."
You can see how this can be confusing for someone that's used to a DISCUSSION being part of a public thread rather than a private discussion.
I should know better to be honest but if I found it confusing, and made the mistake, then it's virtually guaranteed to have happened to other users.
