no black means ?

I would say in general it mean no black/brown. If your skin tone is VERY light it may pass as tanned 
For the rest i doubt no black mean no asian ... but what about hindou and such? I have no idea. I would say your best bet is simply to contact the SP and the agency and make clear what nationality/skin color you are and see the answer. Cause if you don't and show up, you may have to deal with the awkward situation of her not answering the door, pretending forgetting something in the car, or even just plainly tell you...

But they did service African Black .
But like I have mention in my previous post it varies from SP to SP and there is many other reasons that might invoke or none.

Asking is the way to go especially if the lady does not say. As hilarious as "Black black" is, if you think it applies to you then look for someone else instead of obsessing over a particular woman. Life is too short.
Well some girls won t go in certain areas of white people ,because they where raised there ,even worst when there parents are /or where pillars of the community ,they don't say it publicly ,they just don't go .
Ladies in this business do have real life ,other then funland /hobbyland

Hindu is majorty,s religion in India. The people are known as Indians but because here Native's are also referred as Indians, so bit confusing. I think the people from that area (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan etc) are referred here as East Asians(may be brown).Hindu is a religion.
From a bit of experience in Toronto I would say no. And really I do not think "tolerant" is the right word. There is a lot of thread here on that topics. Down the road, it's not about tolerance or racism. The reason for many girl not to see black is much more complicated... and it's a never ending subject unfortunately.

Why Is It Only Indy's Who Do This ?
Recently, I have noticed that it is only Indy's who have "No Black Men" listed in their ads but you never see this with agency SP's.Personally, I have no problem with a woman who has the restriction....it doesn't "offend" me & I don't automatically accuse her of being a racist . If she doesn't want to see someone like me...no problem at all. I recently saw an ad on Leolist where there girl actually apologized for not seeing black (or Indian) guys...which I thought was interesting.
Is it a matter of safety ? Wanting to potentially avoid the stereotypical gang-affiliated thugs ? I have never seen an Sp but I
assume that agency girls have security nearby if anything goes wrong ; which may not be the case for an independent.
Any thoughts ?

Usually because they hold a reputation of gang-affiliated guys, or because their penises are too big. Nothing racist.

Look on agency web sites. I saw recently in Toronto that a lot of Toronto agency girls said no black.
My unreliable anecdotal data (discussion with two SPs that said no black) was that it was a security issue. One girl was robbed at gun point by a black guy and it was the only time she was ever robbed so she thought she would be safer over all if she eliminated that race of clientele. Also, she said that she liked my diction in my written e-mail. If I used an ghetto Ebonics she would of not answered my email. She is Hispanic and said her ex-fiance was a black man. So she is just playing the odds because blacks are over represented as perpetrators of particular crimes. In the US it is not legal so women have to take unusual measures to stay safe. Not all may make sense to you.
Now (drum role please) I expect my Ancestry.com results to arrive any day now. IDK, I like pizzas with everything on them, I smother food in Tabasco and other hot sauces, I hate mayonnaise, and I'm late for everything. I've also read no Indian men on Asian sites. I've heard in Japan it is really tough for any non-Japanese to see escorts.
As I am from East Asia(brown color), sometimes I have been told by the booker of MAE88 that, the girl only accepts white clients and so I can not see her. In my experience in Montreal, except MAE88 agency, no other agencies have ever asked me about my skin color/nationality. And I think, I never had bad experience with any girls I saw from these agencies because of my color. But, it certainly crossed my mind before that, whether the girl would have been more into me/ would have provided better service during the session if I was white.
