I don’t complain about OF no reason to. If ladies can make some money doing it why not they deserve the income as they are the ones putting the effort and work into it. I only complain about things that I am forced to do like never ending taxes, income tax, capital gains tax, GSt, pst, municipale tax. welcome tax, water tax, school tax, car registration, drivers licence, dog licence, car port license, carbon tax. I am sure I forgot many more.
Anything that is by choice there is not much reason to complain about. If it is not for you just ignore it.
Growing food? yes I agree but still not a good comparison. It takes effort and care to grow food and space.
I grew some things in my garden when I still had my house, mostly vegetables tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, parsley, carrots, shallots, dill, but it was more because there is a big difference between picking it fresh off the vine than buying it in a store which ripens in a crate not because of the cost.

This is where the "finding value" aspect comes in! For some people, the time and effort is worth it to avoid paying higher prices. Kind of like cooking, it takes time and effort but people still do it instead of going to the restaurant.
On the other hand for some people, convenience is what they value, so they do groceries instead of growing food. Or they eat out instead of cooking. Or they subscribe to my OF instead of bothering me about sending a face picture lol
