Yes there are.

However I am sure it happens at every chain, hopefully not too often. I suppose it would be an argument to stay away from smaller fast food places. You would be hard pressed to get enough alone time to add your own special sauce at a busy McDs but a solo employee at say a quiet Subway would have an easy time of it.

Taco Bell corporate said that there is nothing to worry about. The taco shells were being used for training purposes and were about to be thrown out anyways. The public had nothing to worry about. If you believe that then I have a bridge to sell to you.
