Not at all. A miraculous recovery is quite different than a miraculous cure. A miraculous recovery implies the POTUS recovered in a miraculous manner. A miraculous cure implies that he was given a magic pill and has fully recovered.
He had doctors take care of his health, not scientists. So your mistaken about that as well.
