Misplaced anger. There's actually far more scrutiny of age and avoidance of minors generally among people traveling abroad than there are here. Mongers are very, very aware of the dangers of ignorance and are generally very scrupulous about verifying age and of staying away from girls of questionable age. On foreign boards there are even regular posts about IDs and how to spot fake ones. To say that mongers who travel are aware of the consequences of 3rd world judicial systems and prisons is a massive understatement. That's especially true for pedophiles. This may be straying a bit from the point of what you were saying, as you were focused on the bragging part and the "barely legal" part, but there was an undercurrent of child predation there to my mind, and most foreign mongers are very sensitive to it, hence the comment.
Now, having said that, there are certainly idiots with big mouths, as you say, but they are a very, very small percentage of men. People pay attention to and learn the lessons from the idiots if they've been around for a while. People still talk about that moron Cubadave, if any if you guys are aware of him, and discovered that even saying stupid shit from ghe US is no guarantee of safety if you travel again. Most men are much more discreet.
Honestly I always worried more about it here. Women in foreign countries generally have no problem showing you ID, whereas it's inconveivable here, and guys ask for it. and I don't see how banging a barely legal girl in another country is any different than doing it here, and there seem to my eyes to be way less safeguards here. Where's the distinction?
