We often hear about the importance of "chasing your dreams" and then we hear success stories of people who "accomplished their dreams", but why do we almost never hear about the actual majority who fail to accomplish their dreams?

Why do you want to know about people's failures?

Misplaced anger. There's actually far more scrutiny of age and avoidance of minors generally among people traveling abroad than there are here. Mongers are very, very aware of the dangers of ignorance and are generally very scrupulous about verifying age and of staying away from girls of questionable age. On foreign boards there are even regular posts about IDs and how to spot fake ones. To say that mongers who travel are aware of the consequences of 3rd world judicial systems and prisons is a massive understatement. That's especially true for pedophiles, who face extremely dire consequences in foreign prisons. This may be straying a bit from the point of what you were saying, as you were focused on the bragging part and the "barely legal" part (which to me means guys who really want kids but are afraid and keep it "legal" age-wise) , but there was an undercurrent of child predation there to my mind, and most foreign mongers are very sensitive to it, hence the comment.

Now, having said that, there are certainly idiots with big mouths, as you say, but they are a very, very small percentage of men. People pay attention to, and learn the lessons from, the idiots if they've been around for a while. People still talk about that moron Cubadave, if any of you guys are aware of him and know who he is and what he did, and discovered that even saying stupid shit from the US is no guarantee of safety if you travel again. Most men are much more discreet and behave better abroad than they do at home.

Honestly I always worried more about it here. Women in foreign countries generally have no problem showing you ID, and guys ask for it, whereas it's inconceivable here. I also don't see how banging a barely legal girl in another country is any different than doing it here, and there seem to my eyes to be way less safeguards here. Where's the distinction?

Why would that make me happy?? I'm insulted.
I was being sarcastic and I'm sorry.

I know it won't make you happy.. but this is all negative. We live in a difficult society and we should aspire to actually help people realize their dreams or at least to be happy...

Why do you want to hear about people not realizing their dreams? I want people to be happy and to realize their dreams.. I want people to have positive experiences even if I don't have them.

Also we all have dreams and not all of them get realized but some do. It's not my dream to receive threats but I realized some of my dreams..

I think the most important in life is to have as many dream, wishes and interests as possible because some of them you can achieve and realize, some don't...

I also don't understand focusing all the time on things that annoy us that are really not really that big of a deal. It's easy to judge but not work on ourselves..

PSA: I strongly urge you not to have sex during a 40C heatwave. For one, you will likely get dehydrated and your performance will suffer. Worse than that, I once insisted on keeping a date on such weather and damn near kissed the pavement after the heat made me dizzy. Moral of the story, you think with the little head and the big head will suffer. Unless you have poon at home in your air conditioned abode, better to leave the intimate encounters for a few days from now until the damn heatwave subsides.

It’s been 2 times so far we caught sessions on tape.
Each time, I feel like a teen with his GF of the moment jumping over a fence and having a midnight bath in a public pool.

It depends on what you consider as a success….

It's tempting to be cynical but I think it's better to be realistic and compassionate.
I will admit that this is new knowledge to me, but the Ancient philosophy of Cynicism is worth consideration:

According to Cynicism, people are reasoning animals, and the purpose of life and the way to gain happiness is to achieve virtue, in agreement with nature, following one's natural sense of reason by living simply and shamelessly free from social constraints. The Cynics (Ancient Greek: Κυνικοί, Latin: Cynici) rejected all conventional desires for wealth, power, pleasure, glory, social recognition, conformity, and worldly possessions and even flouted such conventions openly and derisively in public.

Finding purpose in life, having meaningful interpersonal relationships and having a spiritual life. I don't know what small percentage of people can achieve this, but that's the goal.

You won't achieve it if you keep finding little things to criticize about people you don't even know, if you don't consider what kindness and justice really are and if you don't go out in the world (physical, metaphysical and metaphorical) and explore things you aren't comfortable with or unacquainted with.

Personally I only check this forum because people read my comments and it brings me business. But it's very negative and takes a toll on you particularly if you don't give yourself limits. I think you know it's not good for you to be here as well, and I congratulate you for also having limited your time and interactions.

It's not just bad for the escorts, it's negative for the clients even if they get a boost of whatever if they enjoy reading bad reviews or good ones or basking in the negativity or their overwhelming interest in the sex industry...

I don't think it's possible to find profound truths or meaningful connections and conversations that disrupt and change in a positive way the way you experience the world in internet holes & echo chambers that are very full of negativity particularly towards people who are also really struggling in various ways

I don't think you're a bad person and deep down you have a lot of sensibility and emotions, that's not a flaw but it's a lot of strong energies that need to be redirected towards better things

The visual reminds me of the music video for "Innocent" by Our Lady Peace, thanks for that.
